As a securities industry of a new growth point for securities firms, assetmanagement, proprietary trading, asset investment and other acts, Securities brokerageprovide financial assurance and play an important role of the pillars. In2007, after thestock market continued to decline, the demands of securities brokerage business instock market gradually reduced, making the securities business in an increasinglycompetitive economy, a growing number of securities firms use a client managersystem to win customers and capture the market. However, the downturn in the overallenvironment, securities companies choose lower profits to attract customers, disorderlycompetition of industry, the economic business contribution of securities turnoverdeclining, resulting that the survival and development of economic and business clientmanager securities faced with difficulties, many securities brokerage business AccountManagers have left, quit or change jobs, a higher turnover rate of non-normal posedserious challenges for long-term development of the securities business. Therefore, howto regulate the development of economic and business securities, integrate theeconomic resources of securities, focus on the manager’s career path, becoming generalproblems of the securities industry.Although the client in brokerage business manager system is widely used, butbecause of its short development, less experienced in the actual development process,there are many problem in the development of brokerage business. In this paper, theauthor makes the Huafu Securities Corporation as an example, to explore itsdevelopment status and problems, and put forward some suitable propose for Securitiesbrokerage account manager career development model and countermeasures in Huafu.This structure consists of three main parts: the second chapter summarizes andcombing the existing domestic account manager about career development theory,including career development theory, the account manager ’s career path analysis, andclient managers practical work career planning analysis, in order to clarify the type ofclient manager career development and characteristics. In addition, through thedevelopment of domestic and foreign brokerage account manager mode, as providedbelow, the relevant reference for exploration. The third chapter is China ’s basicsituation Huafu Securities Company, the securities brokerage business account manager development status of introduced through China Huafu Securities AccountManager internal obstacles and external constraints analysis, so as countermeasuresbelow and depth to do knowledge bedding. Chapter Huafu Securities in China on thebasis of the actual development of the status quo, from the perspective of securitiescompanies, puts forward four proposals and countermeasures, securities companieshow to better run the client manager system for a bold exploration and analysis.In this paper, the main structure of three chapters focus on a chain, closely linked,and ultimately concluded that Huafu Securities brokerage business account manager isthe core of human development, by strengthening training elite client manager, theformation of the elite team of Account Managers to improve the overall securitiesbrokerage business account manager professional standards and overall quality, generalmanagers and business customers with client manager also helps the internal personnel.In addition, standardized client manager management, improve treatment, regulartraining also enables account managers for personal development path more clarity.Innovation of this paper is that it not only use a literature review and comparativeanalysis of this paper which has laid a theoretical foundation, but also uses empiricalanalysis to Huafu Securities actual situation, for example, integrate theory withpractice, more convincing. But this is not inadequate in view of the limited space,unable to carry out specific measures described. Full qualitative analysis are usedsimultaneously, without using the corresponding mathematical models, data analysisand other quantitative analysis of the content, resulting article may lack data support.These are pending further in-depth study and exploration.
