As we all know, talent in business activity is most active and innovative human capital. In the foreign trade enterprises, marketers are direct front line of customer-oriented and international markets important executives, who holds the key to enterprise resources; their work directly affects the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, in order to enhance the competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises, how to stabilize the team, motivate them to reach their fullest potential in a creative way is particularly important.Based on the related theories of motivation, combined with the features and operating characteristics of foreign trade business marketers, OMNI marketing incentive mechanism of foreign trade companies conducting research and analysis to discover OMNI trading company marketing personnel problems and propose optimization solution in incentive mechanism. First of all, through the study of literature, collection of relevant literature.
