The rapid development of China's tourism industry,especially the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative and the implementation of various tourism development strategies in recent years,has provided a huge development space and opportunities for travel agencies.At the same time,in the information age,influenced by mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,big data and other technologies,the travel needs of customers and the business model of travel agencies are also undergoing tremendous and rapid changes.I n this context,the research on the development strategy of travel agencies is of great significance to promote the transformation and development of traditional travel agencies.In this paper,we selected Hunan TongCheng Affinity International Travel Agency Co.,LTD as the research object,firstly,we analyzes the external macro environment,industry competition environment and internal resources and conditions,then,using the SWOT analysis method to determine the basic strategic orientation of the enterprise,and puts forward the strategic development goal,the overall development strategy of the enterprise,the core functions of strategy,the main implementation steps and the guaranteeing measures.The research shows that,in the development environment of Hunan tongcheng affinity tourism international travel agency co.,LTD.,there are not only huge opportunities for the rapid expansion of the market,increasingly perfect technical facilities,new technologies and new business forms,but also threats such as intensified competition and rapid changes in market demand.The enterprise itself not only has the advantages of strong market foundation and resources,but also has the disadvantages of obsolete products and backward business model.The Travel Agency should adopt intensive growth and related diversification strategies,integrating marketing channels,strengthening brand building,promoting the development of "tourism +" new products and the cultivation of new business forms,and focusing on the cultivation of high-quality talents.At the same time,it should also provide reliable guarantee for the implementation of the strategy in terms of human resources,finance,organization and culture.Not only does this research offer a guideline to the developme nt of the Hunan TongCheng Affinity International Travel Agency,but also helps the industries of the same kind in strategic decision-making.
