| China’s new urbanization,with Chinese characteristics,is a necessary stage in the development of traditional urbanization to a higher level.It plays an important role in promoting China’s economic growth,breaking down the antagonism between urban and rural areas,and coordinating urban and rural development.Financial support plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progress of the new type of urbanization.Financial support promotes the urbanization process in the aspects of improving the level of population urbanization,improving urban infrastructure,adjusting the structure among the three major industries,and coordinating urban and rural development.Practice has proved that there is an interactive relationship between the two.Financial development is conducive to the accumulation of capital and the concentration of production factors.Therefore,it is conducive to the supply of financial funds for new urbanization and the promotion of financial support for new urbanization.In the context of the upgrading of the new urbanization level,the financial level will continue to improve.Under the premise of macro-control policies and market regulation,financial development promotes the new urbanization process by accumulating capital,optimizing industrial structure and coordinating urban and rural development.This paper mainly studies the financial support in the new urbanization construction of Inner Mongolia from the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.Firstly,the methods and conclusions of domestic and foreign research literature are reviewed.Then,the financial development theory and the urbanization development theory are elaborated in detail,and on the basis of the synthesis of the two theories,the integration of new urbanization and finance is expounded,and the urbanization finance is introduced at the end of this section.Secondly,the paths and support degree of financial support for population urbanization,optimization and adjustment of industrial structure and narrowing of urban-rural income gap are systematically analyzed,and the panel data of 12 Inner Mongolia league cities from 2004 to 2018 are used to make an empirical analysis on the effect of financial support for new urbanization.Finally,combined with the empirical results and the current problems in Inner Mongolia’s financial support for the development of new urbanization put forward reasonablepolicy Suggestions. |
