The Empirical Study Concerning Financial Support In The Process Of Urbanization In Shandong Province

At present, the urbanization has become an important aspect of China’s economic andsocial development, because developing urbanization construction can improve the utilizationefficiency of resources, by creating more opportunities to absorb more of the population, toform a regional economies of scale, improve urban competitiveness; can create better livingconditions for the broad masses of the people, to create a more comfortable livingenvironment; can promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society, narrow the gapbetween urban and rural, realize common prosperity. It is based on the requirement of thisdevelopment, according to the province of Shandong province situation, adjust measures tolocal conditions to carry out urbanization construction, Shandong province have made a largerdevelopment. However, the development of urbanization absolutely cannot leave the financialsupport, financial development can continue to provide financial support for urbanization, soas to effectively promote the process of urbanization. Based on this understanding, to explorethe relationship between financial development and the urbanization of Shandong provincehas very important theoretical and practical significance, the research of financialdevelopment to support for the construction of urbanization, can help us better with the powerof financial to boost the development of urbanization.The first part is the introduction, mainly discuss the purpose and significance of thetopic, the analysis of research status, the research methods and routes of the thesisand innovations of the paper.The second part of this paper firstly summarize the relevant theory of urbanization andfinancial development, and then combining the two, the mechanism of financial support forthe development of urbanization are analyzed, from aspects of urban construction, adjustmentof industrial structure, the rural urbanization, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for thedescriptive analysis of the following.The third part of this paper is to analyze the situation in Shandong Province. the currentsituation of financial development and urbanization are descriptively analyzed, and thenanalyze the support from financial development of Shandong Province towards to urbanconstruction, adjustment of industrial structure, the rural urbanization.The fourth part is the empirical analysis section, by selecting the financial developmentand urbanization indicators, designing model, the use of the unit root test, Granger causalitytest,cointegration test, this paper is to explore the relationship between financial developmentand urbanization construction,ultimately conclude that financial development is one way of urbanization development, financial development can effectively promote the construction ofurbanization.The last part of this article is to summarize the foregoing, form conclusions, and putforward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problemsexisting in the financial development in Shandong province to support the urbanizationconstruction and the problems found in the empirical analysis.
