The Research On The Financial Support Of New Urbanization In Shandong

New urbanization is a urbanization with Chinese characteristics,a new stage of urbanization process,a new growth point of China's economy,and a fundamental way to resolve the antagonism between urban and rural areas.Finance is the core of the modern market economy system,break the obstacle of traditional urbanization,realize the agricultural transfer of population,regional development,urbanization and industrialization development,promote the construction of new urbanization stable and orderly,cannot do without the support of the financial system.There is a positive interaction mechanism between financial development and new urbanization.Financial development is conducive to capital formation,promoting the agglomeration of production factors,thus promoting the improvement of new urbanization level.The promotion of new urbanization level,in turn,promotes the development of finance.Under the premise of policy regulation and market adjustment,financial development promotes the new urbanization through capital accumulation,industrial upgrading and technological innovation.The study found that Shandong province's financial support of the new urbanization problem is a lack of financial support for agriculture and rural financial institutions;two is "heavy production,light weight,low consumption,high light,heavy quantity,the quality of light";three is the animal husbandry and fishery rapid growth in fixed asset investment,but the investment structure is not reasonable;four is the new urbanization of fiscal expenditure is less.Comprehensive evaluation index construction of the new urbanization and financial development by using the entropy method,the new urbanization index system including population transfer,economic construction,infrastructure,six major areas,residents living in urban and rural areas,resources and environment,a total of 22 specific indicators;financial development index system consists of three main areas of financial depth,financial breadth a total of 10 indicators,financial efficiency.First,the new urbanization comprehensive index and financial development index by stability test and cointegration test,found that they are integrated of order one and there is a cointegration relationship;secondly,the two variable VAR model to build the new urbanization and financial development,found significant positive correlation between the new urbanization and financial development,financial development is the Grainger reason of the new urbanization,and financial development in the long term of the new urbanization has a positive effect and stable;finally,through the gray correlation model of urbanization and financial depth,financial depth,financial efficiency analysis,and financial efficiency new urbanization is the highest correlation between financial depth and breadth of financial cooperative financial efficiency and jointly promote the development of new urbanization.According to the analysis and empirical analysis of financial development to support the development of new urbanization problems put forward the following policy recommendations: first,pay attention to the quality of new urbanization,improving financial efficiency,including promoting the transfer of agricultural population of people,promote new urbanization coordinated regional development,investment and financing mode,enhance the specific areas and groups of the new town of financial innovation the level of four points;two,optimize the industrial structure,promote the combination,including promoting the upgrading,including strengthening the financial support policy,the practice of inclusive financial,financial to promote the integration of urban and rural three point.
