Today,the domestic and foreign financial market environment changes frequently,and competition between countries is intensifying.This requires that domestic commercial banks must transform to withstand the tremendous pressure brought about by the drastic changes and fierce competition from the global financial market.As a special category of service industry,commercial banks directly determine their core competitiveness through the level of operation and management.At present,from the perspective of domestic and foreign banks' operation and management practices,the centralized operation and management model has become a powerful guarantee for enhancing the core competitiveness of banks.Therefore,more and more domestic commercial banks have begun to introduce advanced centralized operation management ideas from foreign banks.In recent years,domestic commercial banks have started to introduce the ideas of operation and management of foreign banks,establish a centralized processing center in the background,and complete the main business processing through the head office or the regional background through business segmentations and end-to-end operations,so as to form a centralized operation model of "centralized operation and industrialized management".As a representative commercial bank in China,Agricultural Bank of China still has many problems in operation management,such as imperfect operation management system,imperfect internal control management system,low efficiency of business services,and poor controllability of operational risks.For many years,Agricultural Bank of China has followed the operation model of “full function of outlets and full process of tellers”.The disadvantages of this model are low service efficiency,high operating costs and risk diffusion.With the increasing business volume,customers are increasingly demanding the efficiency of financial services.It can be seen that this traditional operating model is in urgent need of improvement.Specifically,it can be improved from an organizational system,an optimized production system,and a transformation of the entire front-end and back-end processes.Implement the centralized operation management model to promote business transformation.On the basis of studying the current operation and management models of domestic and foreign banks,this paper combines the current status of the operation and management model of the Agricultural Bank of Zhungeerqi Branch,where the author is based,based on the relevant theories of operation and management,adopts the literature research method,comparative analysis method and induction The analysis method analyzes the specific situation and effect of the implementation of the centralized operation mode of the Agricultural Bank of Zhungeerqi Branch.In view of the hidden dangers of system process interaction,service outsourcing risks,human resource problems,risk control problems,and imperfect technical support that existed after the implementation of the centralized operation model by the Agricultural Bank of Zhungeerqi Sub-branch,an optimized business process system and enhanced outsourcing business Recommendations on management,strengthening the construction of operational talent teams,strengthening operational risk management and control,increasing R&D investment,and developing technical cooperation.It is hoped that the research in this article can be seen from a small perspective and provide a useful reference for the operation and management of Agricultural Bank of China.
