The pharmaceutical industry is a strategic emerging industry combining traditional industry and modern industry.From the perspective of demand,due to the continuous deterioration of the natural environment,the change of human life style and the rapid increase of the aging population,the pharmaceutical demand of the whole society will be further released.In recent years,China's pharmaceutical industry policy frequency,accelerated the industry survival of the fittest,the rapid restructuring of the industry pattern.Established in December 2009,China pharmaceutical Co.,ltd.officially started operation in 2010.It is a marketing subsidiary of Renhe Pharmacy Co.,Ltd.,which mainly sells over-the-counter(OTC)drugs.Based on the background of the rapid transformation and transformation of China's pharmaceutical market,this thesis takes the training system of Chinese pharmaceutical companies as the research object.Firstly,by collecting and sorting out relevant literature,this paper discusses relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,and lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of enterprise training system based on market transformation.Then,by means of interview,questionnaire and other methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of the training system of Chinese pharmaceutical companies,and points out that Chinese medicine is not sensitive to market orientation,and the whole training system has shortcomings in the aspects of training demand analysis,training plan,training effect evaluation,training form and training instructor incentive.Finally,in view of the problems in the training system of Chinese pharmaceutical companies,specific optimization schemes are proposed based on the requirements of the market transition.Through the research on the training system of Chinese pharmaceutical companies,this paper concludes the following conclusions on how to establish and optimize the training system of pharmaceutical marketing enterprises based on the market transition Secondly,accurate training demand analysis is the key factor to ensure the training effect.Thirdly,continuous innovation of training form and effective incentive policy of training lecturer are important contents of training system.Finally,the optimization of the training system must continue with the changes in the market.
