With the progress of society and economic development,competition among enterprises is particularly fierce.Every enterprise hopes to have its own core competitive advantage to adapt to the fierce market environment.More and more enterprises have realized that the competition of talents is the core content of fierce competition among enterprises,and human resources is the core competitiveness of sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.An important part of the important means for enterprises to attract,train and retain talents is training,which has been paid more attention by more and more enterprises,especially for enterprises in the transition period.To optimize and upgrade the existing training system to make it more perfect,concrete and practical,so as to help enterprises strengthen personnel training,enhance organizational effectiveness,and help enterprises transform and develop,is the direction of training efforts,but also the work that enterprises attach great importance to.A company is a subsidiary company of large-scale construction investment group of central enterprises.In 2013,with the signing of strategic cooperation framework agreement between the group and Hefei Municipal Government,it landed in Hefei,with a cumulative investment of 4.3 million square meters in building area,a road construction mileage of about 285 kilometers,an area of over 1000 mu to develop new indvstrial cities,and a cumulative investment of nearly 50 billion yuan,it has become a well-known city comprehensive investment operation in Anhui Province.Business and urban transformation and upgrading partners.Around the three strategic concepts of "Government Platform+","Assembly Building+"and" Industry Import+",Company A began to transform its construction investment and financing business with capital investment and new industrial city as its core and with assembly building and equity investment as its important support,striving to develop 85%of its total business volume within three years.At the level of training management and enterprise development,many employees of Company A are still thinking in the stage of general contracting for construction and lack of awareness of development and investment.In addition,A company's current middle management ability is not strong,which has caused certain constraints on the transformation and development of the whole company and team building.In the final analysis,the transformation and development of the company is still the transformation of the personnel themselves.Therefore,the most important thing is the training of the existing personnel and the management and development of the existing training system.Traditional business still accounts for a large proportion of people.How to train traditional business personnel to esta'blish investment and development capabilities to adapt to the transformation and development of the company has become particularly important.This paper chooses A company in the transformation of construction real estate industry as the research object,and on the basis of theoretical research and practical investigation,considers the optimization strategy of A company's training system under the background of transformation.Firstly,this paper discusses the current research situation and related theories at home and abroad,collates the relevant literature at home and abroad,and lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of A company's training system.Then through field interviews,case analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper studies the current situation of A company's training system,and points out the shortcomings of A company if it wants to adapt to the company's transformation.Then,according to the strategy of A company's transformation and development,the enterprise vision and the problems of A company's training system,the specific optimization scheme is put forward.Finally,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures for the optimization of A company's training system,mainly for deepening the concept of learning enterprise construction,establishing a dynamic growth mechanism of training investment,improving staff career management planning and strengthening the whole process of training risk prevention.At the end of this paper,the author summarizes the discussion and prospects the future.The author believes that the optimization of training system is a long-term and uninterrupted process.No company's training can be accomplished overnight.The training management needs to adapt to the company's development and provide continuous talent power for the company's development.The managers of training should stand at the strategic point of view,not at all.Continuously adjust the focus and direction of training work,so that training management becomes an important step and link throughout the development of enterprises;the process of training management is very important,we must establish the whole process of fine management concept of training work;we need to constantly strengthen the positioning and position of training work in the development of the company organization,and strengthen the management and all staff to the right.Attention should be paid to the training work,and the importance of training should be gradually strengthened through cooperation and multi-pronged efforts.
