Research On The Construction Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of Hexing Catering Group

Occurred against the background of economic globalization and modern information technology,a large number of cross-regional groups and even international groups have emerged and mushroomed after 20 th century,with their business covering all over the world and a wide variety of industries.While benefiting from unprecedented economic opportunities,many countries have to face various economic shock caused by economic expansion.one of the impacts is that existing management models have been challenged.To be more specific,the expansion of conglomerates has brought about an increase in enterprise labor costs and a reduction in management efficiency to a certain extent,especially the lag in financial management.Therefore,the construction of corporate finance sharing centers is on the agenda for the sake of the growth of conglomerates and the development of the Internet.This paper deals with the feasibility and plans of constructing a financial shared service center for Hexing Catering Group by the methods of induction,case study and research and on the basis of the theory of shared economy,business process reengineering,resource integration theory and financial management theory.Starting with its current procurement accounting,cost reimbursement,and funds management,the paper first explains the current status of financial management of Hexing Catering Group and analyzes the problems in its financial management and accounting processes,which are mainly manifested by weak financial management,low capital utilization and high financial operating costs.Then on the basis of the development strategy and financial status of this group,the feasibility of constructing a financial sharing service center is demonstrated.after that,the construction of the financial sharing center of the Hexing Group is examined in depth from building objectives and principles to specific positions and business process re-engineering.Besides,this paper summarizes the results of the trial operation of expense reimbursement business,and initially achieves the goal of reducing financial operating costs and improving financial efficiency.At the same time,aiming at the main problems exposed during the trial period,such as inadequate support from finance staff,unskilled and irregular operations and poor integration of information systems,relevant improvements safeguarding measures are proposed.Finally,full text is summarized and the direction of future research is supplemented.The above analysis and research will help the continued development of financialsharing service center for Hexing,thus assisting Hexing Group in achieving a smoother strategic transformation and promoting social development.It is also hoped that it will serve as a reference for other companies in the same industry to build or operate financial shared service centers.
