| Industry is the pillar industry of our national economy,and the manufactured products are also the most important export products.By 2018,China's export of industrial manufactured goods has accounted for 16% of the total export of industrial manufactured goods in the world,making China play a leading role in the international market today.However,as a developing country,China has been in the middle and lower reaches of the international division of labor for a long time.It is an urgent need for China to upgrade from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,mainly to export low-tech and low value-added industrial manufactured products.Based on the relevant theories and the panel data of 28 provinces and cities in China,this paper makes an empirical analysis to explore how the technological innovation in each region of China has different impacts on the export trade structure of industrial manufactured goods,and puts forward scientific and effective countermeasures and suggestions for the research results.First of all,from the perspective of input and output of technological innovation,this paper understands the development and change of technological innovation in China,and the overall situation of China's export structure from the types and regions of export products.Through the calculation method of export technical complexity index,this paper calculates the technical complexity of 64 chapters of industrial manufactured goods under HS code in 2002-2018 and the export technical complexity of 28 provinces and cities In order to explore the impact of technological innovation in different regions of our country,a econometric model is constructed.The results show that technological innovation and other factors have a positive impact on the optimization of the export trade structure of industrial manufactured goods,but different factors play different roles in different regions.According to the research results,human resources,foreign investment and per capita GDP all play a role in promoting the optimization of export structure,but human resources play a role in promoting the optimization of export structure in all regions,and the more developed regions are,the more obvious,while foreign investment and per capita GDP only play a significant role in optimizing export structure in less developed regions.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions to our government and enterprises. |
