As the cornerstone of the development of digital economy, digital infrastructure has attracted more and more attention and become a significant contributor of a new round of economic growth with the vigorous development of digital economy.Accelerate the comprehensive layout of digital infrastructure so that it can be more deeply integrated into all aspects of manufacturing business trade. With its timely and convenient communication features, digitalization relieves the problem of information asymmetry, improves the efficiency of business-to-business transactions, and strengthens supply chain relationships between both upstream and downstream manufacturers. At the same time, the creative and unique use of digital technologies in company development and manufacturing can facilitate collaboration and create synergies,so that physical capital and human capital can effectively combine to play a role. The play of these advantages can further improve the production efficiency, the level of technological innovation and market development capability of enterprises outside the manufacturing industry,in order to promote the improvement of technological complexity of enterprise export.Based on the literature review, this paper studies the influence of digital infrastructure on the technological complexity of export from both theoretical and empirical aspects.Firstly, this paper establishes a digital infrastructure level evaluation system by referring to previous literatures. At the same time,it scientifically selects the export technical complexity index of enterprises, calculates the export technical complexity of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, and compares the above two important indicators horizontally and vertically.Secondly,a benchmark regression model was built to test the influence of digital infrastructure development level on the export technology complexity of manufacturing enterprises, and the heterogeneity was compared and analyzed according to the ownership status and the geographical classification of enterprises. Finally, the mediating effect and moderating effect models are constructed to test and analyze the influence mechanism of the development level of digital infrastructure on the technological complexity of manufacturing enterprises’ export. The results show that: firstly, the level of digital infrastructure development can have a significant positive effect on the technical complexity of manufacturing enterprises’ exports;secondly, digital infrastructure has a positive impact on state-owned and facilities on enterprises in the eastern and central regions, but a significant positive impact on both western and private enterprises, but not on foreign enterprises,in addition to a negative impact on enterprises in the digital infrastructure department;thirdly, digital infrastructure can enhance the technical complexity of manufacturing enterprises’ exports by reducing the fixed costs of enterprises’ exports, while the absorptive capacity of enterprises plays a moderating role between the two. Finally, this paper makes recommendations based on the conclusion that the region should promote the overall layout of digital infrastructure and foster the synergistic development of regional.Furthermore, the The government should help optimize the market environment, improve the allocation efficiency of resources, and encourage enterprises to export;Enterprises need to actively use digitalization for self-use,accelerate the pace of integration, and form technological advantages and cost advantages.
