Research On The Influences Of Green Entrepreneurship Orientation On The Sustainable Competitive Advantages Of International Entrepreneurial Enterprises

Under the wave of economic globalization,more and more companies choose to carry out business activities across national borders,trying to gain a competitive advantage in the international market.In this situation,international entrepreneurship has gradually become an important field for scholars to study.Green entrepreneurship in the international market is a branch of international entrepreneurship.At the moment when environmental issues and social governance issues are increasingly prominent,many scholars have offered good strategies for sustainable economic development from the perspective of green entrepreneurship.Based on the relevant literature,this paper takes international entrepreneurial enterprises as the research object to study the relationship between green entrepreneurship orientation,ambidextrous learning,sustainable competitive advantage,and environmental uncertainty.Firstly,this research sorts out the literature on green entrepreneurship orientation,ambidextrous learning,sustainable competitive advantage,and environmental uncertainty systematically.In the review section of the literature,the main academic viewpoints of international entrepreneurship are collated,the definitions and dimensional divisions of the variables are defined.Among them,green entrepreneurship orientation is divided into four dimensions: innovation orientation,proactive orientation,environmental orientation,and social orientation;ambidextrous learning includes two dimensions which are exploratory learning and exploitative learning;the sustainable competitive advantages of international entrepreneurial enterprises is measured in terms of financial and non-financial aspects;environmental uncertainty is divided into two dimensions which are dynamic and complexity.In addition,a preliminary summary of the relationship between green entrepreneurship orientation,ambidextrous learning,sustainable competitive advantage,and environmental uncertainty and their dimensions is studied to construct the basis of this research.Then,we made assumptions about the relationships among green entrepreneurship orientation,ambidextrous learning,sustainable competitive advantage,and environmental uncertainty,and constructed the conceptual model of this paper.Furthermore,we make assumptions about the correlations of each variable and construct the conceptual model of this paper.Next,questionnaires were issued to staff of international entrepreneurial enterprises to collect data.And I use the statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 to analyze the sample data to verify the establishment of the hypothesis.Finally,the hypothesis test results are analyzed and discussed to form the research conclusions of this article,and point out the research deficiencies and future research prospects.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,green entrepreneurial orientation positively affects the sustainable competitive advantage of international entrepreneurial enterprises.Among them,innovation orientation,environmental orientation and social orientation positively affect the sustainable competitive advantage of international entrepreneurial enterprises,while proactive orientation doesn’t influence it significantly;second,all dimensions of green entrepreneurship orientation positively promote exploratory learning and exploitative learning;third,there is a significant positive correlation between the two dimensions of ambidextrous learning and the sustainable competitive advantage of international entrepreneurial enterprises;Fourth,exploratory learning and exploitative learning play a mediating role between green entrepreneurial orientation and sustainable competitive advantage of international entrepreneurial enterprises;fifth,environmental uncertainty doesn’t moderate the correlation between ambidextrous learning and the sustainable competitive advantage of international entrepreneurial enterprises.This research has certain theoretical and practical significance: first,it reveals the mechanism of influences between green entrepreneurship orientation,ambidextrous learning,and sustainable competitive advantage of international entrepreneurial enterprises;second,it deeply integrates green entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurship to make up for the lack of empirical research on green entrepreneurship of international entrepreneurial enterprises and provides a reference for Chinese enterprises to implement the " going out" strategy.
