With the rapid advancement of technology,especially the rapid development of big data.and"cloud computing",it has brought great influence on the environment in which companies operate.It has brought about innovative opportunities for enterprises and brought about future externalities and market environment and technical environment uncertainty.The increasing intensities of the external environment require companies to guide their innovation activities by choosing strategic orientations that can adapt to their changes.At the same time,they also require companies to provide resources for the sustainable development of enterprises by using dynamic capabilities that can respond to changes in the external environment Strong support for capabilities.Then,how to make strategic-oriented choices based on the dynamic capabilities of the company and the degree of environmental changes,and then continue to develop innovative products to adapt to and guide market demand,so as to establish the core competitiveness of enterprises,not only the success or failure of business operations,increase economic efficiency The key factor is the only way for companies to achieve sustainable development goals.This study introduces the demand-supply framework of the firm's resources to explore the mechanism by which environmental uncertainties affect the relationship between dynamic capabilities and strategic orientation.First of all,from the perspective of knowledge,we analyze the role of dynamic capabilities in the direction of strategic orientation.Second,on the basis of discussing the demand-supply analysis framework based on information,the paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of environmental uncertainty on the choice of dynamic strategies that influence strategic choice.Thirdly,we construct the binary regression model to analyze the theory and verify the data.Then,according to the empirical test results,we analyze the data and discuss the results.Finally,we draw conclusions,recommendations and future research directions.The research conclusions are mainly divided into two parts,the relationship between dynamic capabilities and strategic orientation choices,and the adjustment of the relationship between environmental uncertainty and uncertainty,as follows:(1)The result(B=-2.895)of a positive regression coefficient based on the strategic orientation of the recognition ability shows that companies with stronger identification tend to choose market orientation.Identifying ability to quickly sense market information and technology information,quickly scan the opportunities and threats in the environment,quickly identify for the company the ability to achieve innovative performance in the short term,and obtain market competitive advantage.Information and resources.Enterprises choose market orientation to quickly occupy market share by using these information and resources.(2)The results(B=1.819andB= 1.101)of the positive regression coefficient of strategic orientation on captive capacity and reorganization capacity show that companies with stronger capture capabilities tend to choose technology orientation.Enterprises with stronger reorganization ability tend to choose technology orientation.Capturing capabilities capture the company's unique and heterogeneous knowledge,learn and absorb it,and integrate old and new knowledge to generate new resources;reorganization capabilities are based on the impact these resources have on business development.Configure and update organizational practices and structures.Enterprises spend a certain amount of time to complete the above process,select technology-oriented research and processing of these resources over a longer period of time,and produce innovative products with high originality to enable companies to achieve sustainable development in the future and establish and maintain their core competitiveness.(3)The result(B=0.253)of the positive regression coefficient of the interaction between the market uncertainty and the recognition ability by strategic orientation shows that market uncertainty has negatively adjusted the ability to identify and market-oriented relationships.Market uncertainty affects the ability of companies to accurately identify changes in consumer demand and changes in competitors' behaviors in the rapidly changing market environment,so that the role of recognition capabilities can be fully realized through observation and prediction of information changes over a longer period of time..Enterprises are transformed from market-oriented to selection-oriented technology.Through the accurate grasp of information and the efficient application of capabilities,they can obtain higher returns in the future.(4)The result(B=-1.127)of the negative regression coefficient of the interaction between the technical uncertainty and the capture capacity by strategic orientation shows that technical uncertainty negatively regulates the relationship between capture capacity and technology orientation.Technological uncertainty affects the ability of an enterprise to learn and absorb new knowledge and technologies.Because knowledge and technology are updated too quickly,it cannot be used effectively in late-stage product development.This results in the rapid integration of new resources in the short term.Utilization of innovative resources.The enterprise shifts from a technology-oriented to a market-oriented one,and quickly uses the utilization-type innovation resources in the research and development of new products,so that the company can quickly obtain innovative revenue in the short term.(5)The result(B=1.213)of the positive regression coefficient of the interaction between the strategic uncertainty and the reorganization ability by strategic orientation shows that technical uncertainty positively regulates the relationship between reorganization ability and technology orientation.The ability to reorganize itself by gradually responding to technological uncertainties in the external environment has enabled it to gradually increase its ability to better respond to future uncertainties.There is no change in the choice of technology-oriented decisions of enterprises,and the use of reorganization capabilities that can better respond to environmental changes will bring more competitive innovation advantages to companies in the future.
