Studies On The Relationship Between Green Entrepreneurial Orientation And Corporate Performance Of Zhongguancun Science Park’s High-tech Enterprises

At present time, researches on green entrepreneurial orientation are rather scarce. The object of present research is to change this situation. In present research, green entrepreneurial orientation construct and its specific dimensions will be proposed, relationship between green entrepreneurial orientation and corporate performance, moderating effects of environmental factors will be researched.Present research conducted an comprehensive review and deep mining on literatures related to entrepreneurial orientation theory and green entrepreneurship theory. Based on this, green entrepreneurial orientation construct and its specific dimensions were extracted, specific measures for its dimensions were determined. Strict and rigorous statistical tests were conducted to examine if the theoretical dimension construct of green entrepreneurial orientation proposed in research was fit based on data of110high-tech enterprises from Zhongguancun Science Park, using reliability analysis and factor analysis methods. The results of statistical test supported that the proposed theoretical dimension construct was fit and valid in nature and corresponding measures possessed satisfying reliability and validity. The corresponding measures could be used as reliable and valid measure indicators.Based on review of literatures and theoretical reasoning, potential relationships between green entrepreneurial orientation and corporate performance, moderating effects from environmental incentive level and environmental regulation intensity on this relationship were analyzed. Subsequently, hypotheses corresponded to above analyses were proposed. The relationships between green entrepreneurial orientation and corporate performance were tested with Regression Analysis Method, moderating effects from environmental incentive level and environmental regulation intensity were tested with Hierarchical Regression Analysis Method.Following were main conclusions obtained from present research;First, green entrepreneurial orientation construct was consist of four dimensions: innovative orientation, proactive orientation, environmental orientation, social orientation. Second, the four dimensions of green entrepreneurial orientation construct: innovative orientation, proactive orientation, environmental orientation, social orientation significantly impact corporate performance positively, but differently. Third, environmental incentive level and environmental regulation intensity all carried moderating effects on relationships between green entrepreneurial orientation and corporate performance.Innovations of present research included that construct and dimensions of green entrepreneurial orientation with theoretical support was proposed in present research, and the relationships between green entrepreneurial orientation and corporate performance, moderating effects from environmental incentive level and environmental regulation intensity were empirically researched for the first time.
