In recent years,with China’s domestic economy entering the "new normal",the domestic financial market has gradually opened up,and the competition among domestic banks has become increasingly fierce.In order to keep a firm foothold in the fierce competition,commercial banks must try their best to attract and retain talents,and the attractive and competitive salary management system plays an important role in attracting talents.It is of great significance for the development of banks and employees to study the current situation of employee compensation and put forward corresponding improvement strategies.Based on a comprehensive review of the relevant theoretical research on employee compensation at home and abroad,this paper takes the method of questionnaire survey and interview,and takes the employees as the research object,and conducts a survey and measurement on the satisfaction of compensation from three dimensions of compensation fairness,compensation rationality and compensation incentive,so as to improve the current situation of the satisfaction of the employees.This paper makes quantitative analysis,and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the compensation management system of G bank Handan branch.It is found that the salary satisfaction of the employees in G bank Handan branch is in the middle level,and the existing salary management system needs to be improved.For example,the salary strategy is insufficient,the salary level is low,the salary structure is not reasonable and the welfare level is low and lacks flexibility.Therefore,the enthusiasm and initiative of employees are restrained,they feel at a loss for future development,lack of sense of direction and mission and many other issues.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward that we should improve it from the aspects of introducing strategic salary management,scientific position evaluation,properly improving salary level,improving performance appraisal mechanism and starting flexible welfare.
