The Evaluation And Influencing Factors On Urban Problem In Anhui Province

The city is the gathering place of human civilization,condensing people’s longing for a better life.However,in the process of global urbanization and industrialization,with the continuous increase of urban population,the urban problem gradually spread,becoming the primary problem that hinders the healthy development of cities.Compared with Western countries,China’s urbanization started late and the level is low,but it is fast and has the characteristics of "concentrated development".Its negative impact is the concentrated outbreak of various urban problem.In recent years,the urbanization process of Anhui Province has been accelerated.At the same time of rapid economic and social development,a certain degree of traffic congestion,high housing prices and other urban problem have appeared,which has restricted the high quality of Anhui ’s urban economy development of.Therefore,it is necessary to study the serious situation of urban problem and its influencing factors in Anhui Province,and then put forward targeted prevention measures.Based on sorting out the existing literature and related theories,this paper theoretically discusses the formation mechanism of urban problem and combines the analysis of the formation mechanism of urban problem to construct from the aspects of resources,ecological environment,infrastructure and society.The evaluation index system of urban problem uses the entropy method to quantitatively measure the status of urban problem in Anhui Province.Analysis of spatiotemporal evolution,using obstacle model and geographic detector model to explore the main influencing factors of urban problem in Anhui Province,and on this basis,put forward more targeted policy recommendations for the prevention and treatment of urban problem.Therefore,this article mainly draws the following conclusions:First,the characteristics of spatiotemporal evolution of urban problem.In terms of time,the overall score of urban problem in various cities in Anhui Province showed a downward trend of fluctuations.Among the four sub-indices,only the ecological environment deterioration index rose slightly,indicating that the development of urban economy in Anhui Province is negative to the ecological environment.The impact is still increasing.The range,the Gini coefficient and the weighted coefficient of variation of the comprehensive score of urban problem all showed a downward trend in fluctuations,indicating that the gap between urban problem of various cities has decreased,and their absolute and relative differences have also continued to fluctuate.Zoom out.In terms of spatial dimension,the global Moran index hasundergone a transition from positive to negative to positive.The spatial evolution of urban problem in Anhui Province has generally undergone a random distribution to discrete distribution to aggregate distribution.The connections between the cities have gradually strengthened;the results of local spatial autocorrelation and global spatial autocorrelation appear to be consistent,but local autocorrelation is not strong,and only a small concentration area appears.In 2017,there was an LL-type aggregation distribution with Huangshan and Chizhou as the core cities,but no HH-type aggregation.Second,the empirical results of influencing factors.Obstacles affecting the improvement of the urban problem in cities in Anhui Province have large regional differences.Based on the frequency of the top five obstacles,the urban population density,energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of GDP,industrial wastewater discharge per unit area,Indicators such as air quality compliance rate,the length of the drainage pipeline in the unit ’s built-up area,the price-to-income ratio,the number of criminal cases filed per 10,000 people,and the incidence of fire accidents per 10,000 people are the main factors hindering the improvement of urban problem in Anhui Province.In addition,the leading factors of the spatial differentiation of urban problem in Anhui Province have changed over time,and the driving factors for spatial differentiation of urban problem in Anhui Province have gradually changed from “resource-ecological environment” to “ecological environment-social instability”.The influence of social instability is becoming larger.Based on the above analysis,countermeasures for urban problem are proposed from four aspects,including developing shortcomings according to local conditions,deepening inter-city communication and cooperation,enhancing inter-subject communication and collaboration,and accelerating the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.
