In recent years,more and more researchers pay attention to the study of work passion.A large number of studies have proved that there is a positive correlation between work passion and work performance.Work passion is an important factor affecting the development of an enterprise.If a large number of employees in the company lack passion and are in a state of job burnout,the development of the company will be seriously hampered.If employees are passionate about their work,they will actively contribute to the company and create more value for the company.In this era of mass innovation and entrepreneurship,all kinds of companies based on the Internet have been rapidly generated.Some companies have survived in the predicament,and are more than unforeseen factors,such as flash in the pan.As an Internet trading company,D company is in the critical period of enterprise development.Enhancing the enthusiasm of employees is an important task of the company in the current period.Firstly,this study reviews the literature of work passion,defines the related concepts of work passion,elaborates the theoretical model of work passion,summarizes the relevant research on the impact of work passion on enterprises,and summarizes the influencing factors of work passion.Secondly,some employees are selected and interviewed around the company's employees' work passion.Several factors affecting the company's employees' work passion are summarized.Based on these factors and existing measurement tools,questionnaires are set up.Through data analysis of 125 questionnaires,it is found that the influencing factors of employees' work passion are salary and welfare,leadership style,working environment and colleague relationship.Among the three most influential factors,the frequency of employees' choice ranges from more to less: salary and benefits,leadership style,company environment,colleague relationship and company training.Finally,based on the investigation and literature research,this study proposes strategies to enhance the work passion of D company employees.On the basis of existing literature,the strategies proposed are:(1)recruiting passionate employees,(2)improving employees' self-efficacy,(3)improving employees' achievement motivation.On the basis of actual research,the strategies are:(1)arousing work passion according to different types of employees;(2)combining salary and recognition to arouse two kinds of work passion;(3)promoting leadership to promote internalization of employees to generate work passion;(4)creating a working environment conducive to the generation of passion;(5)generating work passion through the internalization of positive colleague relations;(6)Promoting Internalization of Employees through Attribution Training to Generate Work Passion.This study will help D company to enhance the passion of employees,thus promoting the rapid and healthy development of the company.At the same time,it can be used as a reference for other e-commerce enterprises.Other similar enterprises can also adopt the relevant methods of this study to enhance the passion of employees.
