The world's information technology is changing with each passing day,which is pushing the development of social productivity.In China,with the rise of the Internet IT industry,many start-ups have sprung up.For this type of company,employees are the core competitiveness of the enterprise,which plays an important role in the enterprise.For the company the early days of business,the work passion of the employees will directly affect the working status and performance of the employees.H company must maintain the core competitiveness of the company and achieve a higher level is determined by the working status of the technical team.In this critical stage of the early days of business,H companies need to pay special attention to the enthusiasm of their employees.If there is a situation in which employees' work enthusiasm disappears in the company,we need to investigate and study the factors that affect their work passion and propose corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,the theory and related literature research work of passion,combined with H's knowledge workers work at this stage the situation passion,through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,analysis of the status quo H's knowledge-based workers who work with passion.We found that most of the employees at this stage of the company experienced a decline in their work enthusiasm or even no work passion.The organizational structure is too flat,and the lower performance expectations make most employees have negative cognitive evaluations of the organization.Communication methods and relationship atmosphere,leadership style,and work environment make employees have a negative emotional experience;growth opportunities,and expectations for the future This makes it difficult for employees to generate intrinsic motivation.Therefore,we have proposed several countermeasures:optimize the work system,establish an effective communication mechanism,strengthen training and other areas to stimulate the H staffs work passion,and strengthen the company's core competitiveness.
