As an important tool to improve enterprise performance,performance appraisal plays an important role in promoting enterprise development.An effective performance appraisal system can not only provide decision-making basis for enterprise human resource management,but also improve enterprise production efficiency and enhance enterprise competitiveness.At present,the social tertiary industry has replaced the secondary industry as an important force to promote China's economic development.China is changing from industrial economy to knowledge economy.In this environment,the new situation also puts forward new requirements for the development of China's enterprises.The internal organizational structure of enterprises must be more flexible and flexible.And the team is a fast reaction,strong adaptability of the group,this feature makes most enterprises consciously set up a team,according to each person's characteristics and advantages,focus on the strength,to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.In order to better promote the enthusiasm of team work and stimulate the potential of work,team performance appraisal system is particularly important.It can positively motivate team members to complete the organizational strategic goals in a better state.A technical team was originally subordinate to sunny Optoelectronic Engineering Technology Department.Its original intention was to serve the manufacturing department and ensure the smooth progress of production activities.At present,there are many problems in the construction and management practice of SunYu optoelectronic a technical team,such as unclear objectives,inadequate technology implementation,management confusion and insufficient supervision.These problems directly affect the service quality of a technical team,making the relationship between a technical team and the manufacturing department of the service object tense,resulting in continuous complaints,endangering normal production and manufacturing.The main reason is that the performance appraisal system of technical team a needs to be optimized.From the existing performance evaluation system,a technical team has long had problems such as single performance evaluation index,unclear content of performance evaluation,and imperfect performance evaluation system,which directly led to sunny photoelectric a technical team unable to play a positive role in its team.In view of the problems existing in sunny photoelectric a technical team,this paper sets up a set of team performance appraisal system from the perspective of team tasks.The system is guided by the goal management,guided by the system management theory,combined with KPI key indicator method,goal management method and other theories,from the two levels of team and individual in the team,the team performance is comprehensively evaluated.Among them,the evaluation indicators of the team include team performance,team innovation and team cooperation.The evaluation indicators of individuals in the team are mainly set based on the work content of team members and the relevance of performance of relevant units.Finally,in order to better promote the steady progress of the team performance appraisal system,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of the design scheme from five dimensions: improving the performance appraisal system and striving for the support of leaders,establishing the performance appraisal information management system,cultivating the correct understanding of the performance appraisal of employees,improving the matching reward and punishment work and building the team culture of performance.
