With the rapid development of Internet technology,the opportunities and challenges of enterprises coexist,how to promote the development of enterprises is the focus of enterprise management by internet technology.There are two importment problems of enterprise management,high salary and high liquidity of technical employees.Technology development is a teamwork,and it's effectiveness is immeasurable.It is a ungent and difficlut problem to make the effectiveness of technology teams come true.It will have a crucial impact on the technological innovation and technological development of enterprises.Hu Ying Group is a diversified group,including Machinery,Bulk cargo,Minerals,Finance,Investment,Internet Technology.In the next five years,the development of internet technology is the strategic development direction of Hu Ying Group,so the technology team became much more important than before.Based on the original management foundation of Hu Ying Group,but because the rapid development of Hu Ying Group and the request of the technical team have put forward higher requirements is already receed human resource management and performance management.The existing performance management system can not attach requests of the technical team megentment.In this paper takes the existing technical team of Hu Ying Group as the research object,to resever the existing performance management problems by questionnaires and interviews,including the performance management process,performance indicators,performance tracking&coaching,and application of performance results.Through the data analysis and the performance management of BSC/MBO/KPI,the performance management optimization design is carried out from the above four aspects.According to Hu Ying Group's strategic planning and considering the current situation of technical team,in this paper design a unique project responsibility-oriented performance management,to show the roles of the technical team for the group development.hoped that the company has certain reference in formulating the performance evaluation of technical teams by this paper. |
