In recent years,the functions of government departments have gradually changed.They are no longer based on management,but on service.In such a change,the requirements of the public for the government have also changed.As a part of government departments,tax administration is also changing to service-oriented.Because of the compulsory and gratuitous nature of Taxation,it is difficult to not only draw money from the taxpayer's pocket,but also satisfy the taxpayer.Therefore,improving the satisfaction of tax service has always been the key and difficult point of tax work.At present,China's tax departments have just experienced the reform of the tax collection and management system,the combination of national tax and local tax,the tax authorities have a heavier burden,mainly reflected in the optimization of tax service and the improvement of satisfaction.Under the new situation,the goal of tax authorities is to continuously improve the satisfaction of taxpayers to tax authorities,and to provide better services for taxpayers.However,in terms of the current situation of tax service,the overall service level of tax authorities is still low,so it is very important and necessary to analyze whether the taxpayers are satisfied,which can effectively promote the improvement of work and service quality and efficiency.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey to analyze and draw conclusions one by one,find out the factors that affect the satisfaction of tax service in Lincang City,mainly including the service quality and efficiency to be improved,the propaganda and guidance work is not in place,the effect of information-based tax management is not ideal,and the quality level of tax personnel needs to be improved.In view of the existing problems,some suggestions are put forward,mainly including improving the awareness of tax service,strengthening tax publicity and guidance,improving the level of information-based tax management,strengthening the team's own construction,and implementing the normalized satisfaction management.It is hoped that this paper's suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction oftax service can provide reference for optimizing tax service and improving the satisfaction of tax service of Lincang tax bureau,so as to further explore how to improve service efficiency and improve the satisfaction of tax service.
