A Research On The Tax Service Satisfaction Of Yongchun Tax Bureau

Tax services is a central part of the tax revenue work in many countries in the world,and tax management important work Our country's tax service specification(trial)promulgated by the state administration of taxation,since November 1,2005 formally implemented.Through this practice since 14 years development,the national taxation system the tax authorities at all levels of increasingly formed the service concept for the center with taxpayers.Taxpayers' satisfaction as the starting point of tax work,has the obvious development in the tax service work.Yongchun county tax bureau as a taxation authority at the grass-roots level in the tax service work in the past few years has been in constant exploration and efforts,still have sometimes received taxpayer by 12366 service hotline quanzhou station of yongchun county tax bureau complaint.Therefore,how to improve the level of tax service,how to improve the taxpayer's satisfaction and the degree of tax compliance,has become the contemporary study of need.Through the guidance of public financial theory and the theory of tax compliance,I comprehensively investigated the theoretical research on tax service and satisfaction at home and abroad.On the basis of theoretical research,I choosed the way of questionnaire survey,for the payment of yongchun county revenue service satisfaction evaluation.The questionnaire issued 200,and remove does not conform to the requirements of 5 questionnaire,a total of 192 valid questionnaires.Firstly,I put the questionnaire data entry of SPSS system to the reliability and validity test.Test results showed that the questionnaire data is effective,with good credibility and satisfaction.Then I analyzed overall satisfaction and tax services in five dimensionsspecific satisfaction,the analysis results show that the policy propaganda and implement ZhiShui and impose discipline in accordance with the taxpayers' rights is higher,but the tax consulting services and service Internet + tax evaluation of two aspects of tax service satisfaction is low.Lastly,I accorded to the satisfaction of the evaluation results,and found out the problems in the tax service of yongchun county tax bureau.Analyzed the causes of the problems,and put forward effective suggestions.
