Tax service is not only one of the core of tax work,but also the basic work to promote taxpayers to pay tax in good faith according to law.As the front line of the tax department,the words and deeds of the taxpayer service hall directly represent the image of the whole tax department.The satisfaction of taxpayers is an important indicator to measure the work of the tax department.Comprehensively improving and optimizing taxpayer service is not only important to maintain the image of the tax bureau,but also an important way to improve the satisfaction of taxpayers.Facing the new situation,how to make taxpayer service more efficient,convenient and high-quality is not only a problem that the taxpayer service section should consider,but also a problem that every grass-roots tax worker should consider.Taking the No.1 Branch of N County Tax Bureau as the research object and taking public finance theory,tax compliance theory and new public management theory as the theoretical basis,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate and study the low satisfaction of taxpayer service of grass-roots tax authorities.By issuing questionnaires and interviewing with taxpayers,the author obtains the real satisfaction of the public for the taxpayer service hall and understands the public's expectations and requirements for improving taxpayer service.At the same time,by consulting the relevant literature and materials of taxpayer service at home and abroad and drawing lessons from the relevant experience of improving taxpayer service at home and abroad,the author puts forward pertinent suggestions and feasible solutions according to the existing problems,so as to solve the problem of low public satisfaction of taxpayer service and realize the harmonious relationship of tax collection and management.Through the study on the tax service satisfaction of the tax bureau of N county,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the tax bureau of N county still has some problems,such as the staff's attitude needs to be further improved,some staff's service ability is insufficient,the process of tax handling is tedious,and the window setting is not reasonable,which are all reasons for the low satisfaction of taxpayers.(2)the main reasons for the dissatisfaction of taxpayers are the unreasonable personnel allocationof the tax bureau,the excessive work pressure of the staff,some staff members has the idea of “official standard”,the tax bureau paid little attention to policy publicity and the administrative approval process was too complicated.The conclusions drawn from the above research can be targeted to improve the quality of tax payment service in N county,protect the rights and interests of taxpayers,and improve the satisfaction of taxpayers.
