Research On Tax Service Optimization Based On Tax Service Satisfaction

Taxation services are not only the relevant products and services provided by tax authorities to taxpayers,but also an important indicator of the full respect of taxpayers by tax authorities,which will directly affect the satisfaction of taxpayers and the image of tax authorities.In the process of deepening the reform of the tax collection and management system,new requirements were put forward for tax authorities' tax service optimization and tax service satisfaction.At present,China's tax authorities have just experienced changes in the combination of national tax and land tax,and put forward new requirements for tax staff.Under the new tax service environment,it is required to continuously improve the satisfaction of tax services and provide taxpayers with more thoughtful and convenient services.However,as far as the current tax service status is concerned,the overall service level of taxpayers is still low,and many taxpayers have put forward rationalization proposals.Therefore,studying the tax bureau service satisfaction problem of the tax bureau is of great significance to guiding the tax bureau's tax service work improvement and promoting the quality of tax service.This paper uses literature research method,mathematical analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other methods to select the Zhangzhou City Taxation Bureau as an example.Based on the analysis of the relevant theories of tax service,the paper discusses the reform and effectiveness of the tax service of the Taxation Bureau of Zhangzhou City.Summarizes that there are problems such as weak service awareness,low tax service level,poor taxation service process connection,inadequate taxation propaganda work,and inadequate taxation service evaluation mechanism in the tax service of Cangzhou City Taxation Bureau;On the basis of the advanced experience of foreign tax service,from the five aspects of attaching importance to ideological education,improving the duties of tax service posts,optimizing taxation business processes,strengthening taxation propaganda and improving taxation service evaluation,this paper proposes optimization measures for tax payment services of Cangzhou City Taxation Bureau,including Attach importance to ideological education,deepen service awareness,improve tax service position,improve tax service level,optimize tax business process,improve tax service efficiency,strengthen taxation propaganda,improve tax service transparency,improve tax service evaluation mechanism,and strengthen tax service supervisionI hope this article can bring some reference and reference to the taxation service work of the Taxation Bureau of Cangzhou City,and help the Cangzhou City Taxation Bureau fully recognize the objective problems existing in the tax service,and take targeted solutions to continuously promote its own tax service.Level of improvement.
