Corporate culture is a core value system formed by an enterprise for a long time and abided by by by its members.With the continuous development of market economy,the competition among enterprises is also intensifying.In order to gain certain advantages in the fierce market competition,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the important role of corporate culture in enterprise management,and realize that corporate culture is the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.However,due to many factors such as the late start of enterprise culture construction in many enterprises in China,the lack of corresponding scientific theoretical guidance and the lack of thorough research on enterprise culture construction,many enterprises' enterprise culture construction is still at a relatively preliminary stage.How to improve the level of enterprise culture construction and better serve the growth and development of enterprises needs to become an important issue that enterprises need to pay attention to.Topic.Guangxi GT Group is an important local state-owned enterprise in Guangxi.Although some achievements have been made in the construction of enterprise culture,there are still many areas to be strengthened and improved in the implementation of enterprise culture,system construction,staff behavior guidance and norms.Through collecting and researching the relevant theories of corporate culture,taking Guangxi GT Group as the specific research object,this paper tries to analyze the problems in the construction of corporate culture in Guangxi GT Group by using the relevant theories and tools of corporate culture construction,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures on this basis.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part outlines the background significance of the topic,the research content and methods,as well as the relevant research situation at home and abroad;the second part further collates the relevant concepts of corporate culture theory to provide theoreticalsupport for the study;the third part analyses the basic situation of Guangxi GT Group and the construction of corporate culture,through questionnaires,on-site interviews and other means.Find out the specific problems existing in the construction of corporate culture;Part IV is problem-oriented,put forward specific measures to improve the construction of corporate culture;Part V is the conclusion and outlook of the paper.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference and help for the construction of corporate culture of Guangxi GT Group,and improve its market competitiveness.At the same time,it is also hoped that it can provide reference for similar enterprises.
