| With the development of the modern enterprise management theory and the spread of the experience in the corporate cultural construction, it’s widely considered that corporate culture would produce power what the rules could not do, and it is useful to the formation of a unified and efficient team and the realization of the enterprise goals. However, the corporate cultural construction has many problems in the practice of Chongqing Wanhu Properties Company Limited. Therefore, it is necessary to study the questions further and try to improve the corporate cultural construction. Based on this, this paper takes Chongqing Wanhu Properties Company Limited as the research object, with its corporate cultural construction as the research angle of view, through in-depth study of the problems in the corporate cultural construction, in order to find the key factors of corporate cultural construction of the company.Research methods in this paper are the combination of theory and practice, the literature and questionnaire, the system and the key phase. Through these methods, I would try to explore the effective path of improving the corporate culture in Chongqing Wanhu Properties Company Limited, and make the plan for reference and feasible. First, this paper expounds the connotation and features of corporate culture, contents and steps of the construction of corporate culture as well as the basic requirements, to provide theoretical support and reference for studying corporate cultural construction problem in Chongqing Wanhu Properties Company Limited. Second, it summarizes the current situation of company’s construction in spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture, material culture, and points out the problems in the corporate cultural construction. Third, with nearly ten years of development of the property market and the characteristics of the real estate corporate cultural construction, it analyzes the reasons, and finds out the crux of the problem. Finally, in view of the above problems and reasons, it puts forward the improvement and overall framework of the corporate cultural construction.Perspective of this study contains four points. First, the problem of corporate cultural construction is multifaceted. The main reason is that the spiritual cultural construction is not widely recognized by the company staff, system cultural construction is not timely follow-up, behavior cultural construction is lack of effective implementation, and material cultural construction is insufficient. Second, reasons for these problems are various. The basic reason is that the group authorization is not sufficient, which leads that the corporate cultural construction is lack of full mobilization, and company’s values do not meet the local market and local staff needs, so it’s difficult to be recognized highly, and impossible to practice consciously and actively by the staff. The direct reason lies in the lack of corresponding regulations to provide a powerful guarantee for the corporate cultural construction. In addition, the lack of publicity and guidance, and lack of corporate culture Handbook affects the implementation and execution of corporate cultural construction at different levels and different extent. Third, to solve these problems and causes, making the overall framework to improve the corporate cultural construction should be based on proceeding from reality in everything, and to meet local market demand, local staff requirements, and special requirements in the development stage.
