Land Transfer And Effective Association Of Farmers' Income Increase Empirical Test

Under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,guiding agricultural operators to form a moderately large-scale operation of agriculture through the transfer of land,and thereby promoting the increase of farmers' income,plays an important role in realizing the rural revitalization strategy,especially the major problems of agricultural supply-side reform.Therefore,the research and analysis of the orderly transfer of rural land contractual management rights not only plays an important role in determining rural land rights and stabilizing rural land contracting relations,but also helps to adjust the agricultural production structure,improve agricultural production efficiency,and promote large-scale operation of agricultural production,increase farmers' income.This paper takes the internal relationship between rural land transfer and farmers' income increase as the research direction.Through the first-hand survey data of 584 farmers surveyed in 210 natural villages in Shandong,Hunan and Chongqing,the trend score matching method is used to analyze the impact first.The factors that farmers participate in land transfer.Based on the empirical results analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the development of family farms is the root cause of farmers' tendency to flow into land.Farmers set up family farms,break through the traditional business model of finely shredded land of farmers,and realize moderately large-scale production to become the driving force for farmers to inflow into land;second,the entrepreneurial ability of farmers,the occupational skills related to agriculture,the ability to control social relations and the willingness of farmers to land Positive correlation;Third,the development of new formats(such as rural e-commerce),improve the supporting measures of the industry will help increase the willingness of farmers to land.Then,by means of the instrumental variable method,the inflowing land farmers,the outflowing land farmers or the non-participating land transfer farmers are respectively classified and tested for the factors affecting the income of the farmers,and the extended regression is used for the robustness test.The research results show that among the farmers who flow into the land,strong social relations governance,participation in cooperative management,development ofe-commerce,increase of agricultural input,and government support all contribute to the improvement of the actual agricultural income of the inflowing farmers;and for the non-participating land transfer or outflow The land farmers,the entrepreneurial ability of farmers,and the development of e-commerce are positively related to their agricultural income.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions: first,increase the transfer of rural labor force and cultivate new professional farmers;secondly,encourage farmers to expand their business scale and promote the development of rural industrialization;third,guide professional farmers to form a business entity integration development with cooperatives as the link and service as the driving force,the agricultural enterprises will be uniformly deployed and coordinated in the production,sales,service and organization and operation systems.Fourth,promote the development of new business forms,strengthen the construction of agricultural product brands,and form the sales model of agricultural products.Promote the interactive development of agricultural product quality assurance and market development;Fifth,give full play to the agricultural comprehensive service capacity of agricultural management entities;sixth,pay attention to the improvement of farmers' ability,and build a series of continuing education services such as technical training for farmers,e-commerce guidance,and employment counseling.Improve farmers' ability to produce breeding and market participation.
