Xi general secretary in 19 major report put forward to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country ",and clearly pointed out: "to keep the land contract relations stable and unchanged for a long time,the second round of land contract expires after 30 years".This paper is based on such a policy.In order to further analyze the extension of land contract period for 30 years,such decisions will have an impact on the income of farmers.As a major decision to benefit people's livelihood,land circulation plays an important role in promoting the improvement of farmers' life to a great extent.However,the emergence and development of things have two sides.Therefore,land circulation in rural farmers for agriculture at the same time,actively promote the role of long-term stable land circulation policy,that may because of the policy itself or limitations in the process of policy implementation upgrade for agriculture,rural urbanization and increase farmers' income.This paper analyzes the implementation of land transfer policy and the improvement of farmers' income.This paper takes the limitation of land circulation as the starting point and combines the land circulation with the farmers' income increase,and finds the close relation between them.Article to review the changes of the land circulation process,focusing on the present situation of the land circulation,excavated the social value of land circulation and further demonstrates the constituent elements and the income of farmers' income status.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the factors that restrict the increase of farmers in the background of land transfer.The second is that the financial product category restricts the income of assets.Third,the shortage of human capital hinders the increase of wage income.Fourth,agricultural construction is not perfect to weaken the operating income;Fifth,the idle asset management does not explicitly reduce the dividend income;Sixth,social security will not improve the weakening of transfer income.At the same time,it pointed out several measures to solve the problem: first,the land transfer order should be standardized to ensure the income of land circulation.Second,improve the rural financial service system and expand other assets income channels;3.Strengthen human capital training and raise the level of wage income;To ensure the level of agricultural production support and avoid operational risks;To clarify the property rights of collective assets and increase the income of dividends;Improve the rural social security system and increase the transfer income.Based on the analysis of land circulation and farmers' income,it is found that there is a close relationship between the implementation of land circulation and the improvement of farmers' income.Through this connection,it can be found that land transfer plays a vital role in improving farmers' income.Based on this premise,if the land circulation problems,it will reduce the farmers' income.
