As the construction industry market goes in the downward cycle,superposition of the effects of ageing phenomenon,the human resource,especially the project management professionals flows more quickly across the contractor enterprises or to the upstream industries such as real estate.Labor force and management resources appear to be in the state of increasingly scarce.According to the data from the internal investigation of the enterprise,the proportion of employees entering the enterprise through labor dispatch continues to rise,and the organizational process assets such as enterprise standards are difficult to perform effectively.On the other hand,there is much optimization space on the enterprises regulations,part of management regulation is difficult to excute and implement the effective data,especially,it is very difficult to transfer data between schedules of the different levels,and it is also hard to realize the enterprise’s requirement of data collection and monitoring,the status of schedule management relying too much on the personal experience and collection and processing of the unstructured data,it is difficult to support the enterprise’s management needs.Under these circumstances,how to establish a data supporting management system based on existing resources,reduce the dependence on personal ability and experience,and improve the schedule management ability is the contractor enterprise’s urgent need in the fierce competition.In view of this demand,this paper makes researches from the following perspective for improving the schedule management:First,in previous project,Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)was always made without rules,the different parts of WBS may be show inconsistency structure.To solve these difficulties,this article put forward a Contractors Standard Work Breakdown Structure(CSWBS)scheme,clarify the hierarchy of WBS and rules the particle degree of the layered WBS structure.Provides uniform rules for the application of WBS;Secondly,based on the standardized WBS sets,the WBS coding system was proposed,which provided the interface conditions for the Building Information Modeling(BIM)applications.Thirdly,according to the stratified structure of the project WBS,an iterative construction project schedule management method was designed to solve the problem of breaking the chain from the general plan to the weekly plan.Finally,this paper give a basic scheme through the informatization path to implement a data supporting schedule management system,then reduce the dependence on individuals’ ability,and progressly accumulated the organizational process assets(OPA),and make the most of OPA in project management and enterprise management.The outcome of this paper is a methodology to plan,track,adjust the schedule,and to accumulation progress data.And this method has a significant meaning to help the enterprise to inprove the ability of schedule management,and also provides a practicable scheme for improving the schedule management ability at the enterprise level. |
