Product update iteration put forward higher requirements to accelerate the product listing time.And product design duration has important influence on the time of product launch.The shortage of product life cycle has put forward higher requirements on time to market.A reasonable and effective schedule plan is the premise of completing product development in time.In order to shorten the construction period,concurrent design method is adopted.In the process of concurrent design,the characteristics of the information uncertainty and rework iteration increase the difficulty of the schedule planning.This paper carry on the research on the product design schedule planning based on the DSMFirst,determine the product design activity duration,and sort the product design activities by using the Gauss elimination algorithm.Basing on the mathematical analysis of the information interaction and information transfer between activities,introduce the iteration rate and construct mathematical model using DSM.Then,In order to determine the time factor,construct the system dynamics model with DSM basing on the analysis of product design project system.Set the values of the parameters in,and simulate the model.According to the simulation results,find out the time factor which has the biggest influence on the duration of the project,and determine the expected duration.Finally,combined with case analysis,this paper prove this research the rationality and feasibility of the method of schedule planning through the comparison with the traditional methods of project schedule planning.The methods of determining the product design activity duration is a characteristic of this paper.Introduce the iterative learning rate innovatively in the process of constructing a project scheduling model,and construct the simulation model of system dynamics combining the system dynamics knowledge,which can provide the basis for schedule control and guarantee schedule plan is reasonable.
