At present,innovation is the core competitiveness of enterprises to gain competitive advantage and occupy market share.and employee innovation is one of the important engines of enterprise innovation.Therefore,the study of "How to motivate employees' innovative behavior has become a hot issue in academic and the real world.Previous research has confirmed that it is not enough to improve employee's innovation behavior by changing individual factors and organizational situational factors,but also to consider the influence of the interaction between organization and employee on employee's innovation behavior.Therefore,this research is based on the innovation practice of entrepreneurial enterprises,based on the theory of social exchange and self-regulation,explores the antecedents of employee innovation behavior from both individual and organizational levels,and clarifies how these variables affect employee innovation behavior through the conduction mechanism,So as to provide theoretical support for our entrepreneurial enterprises to improve their innovative behavior.In the study,firstly,based on the understanding of existing research gaps,and on the basis of a large number of literature review and theoretical analysis,the formation of theoretical research model,and then to entrepreneurial enterprise employees as the research object,through the field visits and e-mail,in Gansu,Shanxi,Shandong,Shanxi and other fields of entrepreneurial enterprises to carry out questionnaires collection work,In the end,210 valid questionnaires were obtained and the validity of the questionnaires was verified by using statistical software such as SPSS22.0 and Amos 17.0,and the relationship between the variables was analyzed and validated by the analytic method of hierarchy regression.Finally put forward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Through the empirical analysis,this study found that: the intensity of work boundary has a significant negative correlation with employee innovation behavior;Critical thinking plays a mediating role between work boundary strength and employee innovation behavior,and Self-efficacy has a significant positive moderating effect between work boundary strength and employee innovation behavior.And the moderating effect is mediated by critical thinking.Based on the above conclusions,this research has put forward the concrete countermeasure and the suggestion to how to inspire the enterprise employee Innovation behavior: The first,the precise identification innovation main body,The second is constructs the flexible work boundary strategy,The third is the correct understanding critical thinking,The fourth is strengthens the critical thinking training and the study;The fifth is to optimize the composition of the Organization.
