Study On Effect Of Innovative Culture Promotes Innovative Ability Of Automobile Parts Manufacturing Enterprise In Jilin Province

With the further development of Chinese economy reform, competition among the enterprises are increasingly fierce, especially in Jilin Province where auto industry is considered as leading industry, competition among automobile parts manufacturing enterprises is more serious.In order to improve the competitiveness, it is particularly important for the enterprises to enhance the innovative ability, and innovative culture of enterprises plays an important role to promote the innovative ability of enterprises. Currently, many automobile parts manufacturing enterprises in Jilin Province have put innovation in the first place to survive and develop. But the issue that how to innovate, how to arm themselves with a culture of innovation to enhance the innovative ability is the topic have constantly discussed for a long time by entrepreneurs and even experts.This article attempts to integrate the perspective of corporate culture to study the enterprises' innovation capability. Based on domestic and foreign research on corporate innovation capability and corporate innovation culture, this paper try to build the model of affecting factors of the two variables. And then, build corporate culture model innovation of mechanism. According to a lot of research and empirical analysis, the author proves that innovative culture of enterprises performs an important function to enhance the innovative ability of enterprises, and give some suggestions to optimize the innovative culture of enterprises, and can be referenced by the enterprises which want to improve innovative ability.Regression analysis on the indicators of corporate culture and business of enterprises innovation, then come into the following conclusions: Innovative value of automobile parts manufacturing enterprise in Jilin Province plays more important role to promote capacity of investment in innovative resource and market innovation than project R & D capability and product innovation ability of the enterprise; Innovative humanistic environment improves project R & D capability and product innovative ability of enterprise; innovative value and innovative humanistic environment perform more function to promote ability of investment in innovative resource than other factors of innovative ability of enterprise.
