Study On The Symbiotic Development Relationship Between Home-stay And The West Lake Scenic Spot In Hangzhou

As the capital city of Zhejiang province,Hangzhou is rich in tourism resources.Hangzhou municipal government attaches importance to the development of tourism industry,its tourism industry has been at the forefront of the country.In 2018,Hangzhou attracted184.03 million tourists,tourism revenue reached 358.9 billion yuan,of which the West Lake scenic spot received 14.9823 million tourists.According to statistics,as of June 2018,Hangzhou has a total of about 3,580 home-stay with about 56 thousand beds,more than 20 thousand employees,more than 430 rural farms,and an annual operating income of over 200 million yuan.By June 2018,the number of home-stay with business licenses(accommodation or catering)in the West Lake scenic spot has grow to more than 280.As a new form of tourism,the emergence of home-stay economy in Hangzhou has opened up many possibilities.This paper refers to relevant literature,using the methods of literature research,field investigation and questionnaire survey,under the guidance of symbiosis theory,this paper studies the symbiotic development relationship between home-stay and scenic spots around West Lake scenic spot in Hangzhou.This paper designed the relevant questionnaire,conducted field research and questionnaire survey.This paper made timely statistics and analysis of the collected questionnaire results,through the analysis of the characteristics of the respondents,reliability and validity analysis,survey content analysis and symbiotic relationship analysis,We have basically learned that the symbiotic organization mode of the symbiotic system between the home-stay around Hangzhou West Lake scenic spot and the main tourist activities in the scenic spots is intermittent symbiotic mode,the symbiotic organization mode of their symbiotic system of object,medium and carrier is the continuous symbiotic mode,the symbiotic behavior pattern is asymmetric mutualism pattern.Through the investigation and analysis of the two questionnaires,it can be found that there are mainly the following problems in the home-stay around the scenic spot: disordered development,insufficient synergy,single marketing means,unclear characteristics,uneven quality of practitioners and high overall pricing;There are several problems in scenic spot management:The traffic in holiday scenic spot is not convenient,the characteristics of surrounding home-stay areas are not obvious,there is a lack of overall promotion,industry integration is absent,relevant laws and regulations are to be improved,and the role of network media is not fully played.While analyzing the cause of the problem,some suggestions are given on the mutualistic symbiosis of home-stay around Hangzhou West Lake scenic spot and the scenic spots.In the development of home-stay,cultural segmentation should be highlighted,and three-dimensional marketing should be carried out based on the advantages of Hangzhou's natural and cultural environment and big data "Internet plus",integrate into the West Lake culture,highlight the characteristics,at the same time optimize the quality of service,reasonable pricing to attract more guests.For scenic spots management departments should pay more attention to traffic management and overall planning guidance,do a good job in driving the demonstration,taking full advantage of Hangzhou's "Internet plus",bring into play the benefits of trade associations,formulate standard and innovative development models,better enhance the popularity of the surrounding area.This paper aims to improve more concern about the coordination and symbiosis between home-stay and the scenic area around Hangzhou west lake scenic spot from the scenic area management department and home-stay operators,and joint research and discussion,so that the Hangzhou West Lake scenic spot and the surrounding home-stay and scenic spots can better harmonious coexistence.
