| Green shipping is a concept of sustainable development, emphasizing the whole process and methods and measures taken by environmental harmony in logistics activities,to minimize the damage to the environment and avoid wasting resources.Liangzi Lake is the second largest freshwater Hubei Province, with beautiful natural scenery and rich history and culture to attract lots of tourists, it can strongly support the development of tourism in Hubei Province. In recent years, with the gradual development of Liangzi Lake scenic, water tourism has become the most attractive way to get around scenic, and the tourist passenger traffic is increasing rapidly. On the one hand, the rise of water tourism greatly promote the development of scenic spots, bringing a better operating efficiency; on the other hand, the lack of planning and effective management of shipping, the influx of a large number of tourist ships disorderly results in a great ecological impact of Liangzi Lake.Therefore, how to coordinate the relationship between the shipping development and ecological environment protection to make sustainable development of tourism of Liangzi Lake scenic, have become an urgent issue to resolve.Under the current development environment, speeding up Liangzi Lake’s green shipping development, not only conducive to accelerate the Liangzi Lake tourism product innovation pace, development big tourism tourism, foster big industry, form big pattern, improve the tourism development of Lake area continuously and the overall level of regional competitiveness, but can also play fully to in the functional benefits of shipping in the lake comprehensive transportation system, to achieve efficient use of the lake resources and effective protection of the ecological environment. Through scientific planning, high starting point, high requirements on Lake District for staging construction, Liangzi Lake will be formed to wetland ecological resources as the basis, melts the natural, historical and contemporary elements in one, shipping and ecological environment of integration, pay attention to protection and control of resources, to build a set of ecological tourism, shipping development, leisure, living coordination and unity of the green system, provide a natural oxygen bar and the green corridor for tourists and residents.This paper pays attention to the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, by using the methods of literature research, quantitative prediction and empirical study.Then based on the development of green shipping at home and abroad, combined with the investigation and analysis of Hubei area shipping and tourism development status of Liangzi Lake, the main innovation point is green shipping concept into the development of green tourism, from the perspective of promoting green shipping services, and promoting the sustainable development of tourism industry, put forward to explore China’s tourism industry green development evaluation system, and introduce the relationship between the various indicators.And also gives some reference indexes for evaluation, hoping to provide some technical support for the development of the shipping industry to promote green.Firstly, analysis of the the present situation of green Shipping development in the Liangzi Lake scenic. Summarize the status at home and abroad and Liangzi Lake scenic green shipping development, to analyze the existing problems and study the causes of these problems, including shipping emissions in the shipping process too much waste oil and sewage of Liangzi Lake of the nearby residents, such as severe damage to ecological environment.Secondly, analysis of the demands of the sustainable development of tourism in Liangzi Lake Scenic. First on effect scenic tourism sustainable development of natural environment factors, social factors, policy factors, economic factors and technical factors were analyzed, then the needs of Liangzi Lake scenic area tourism development were studied.Thirdly, the construction of the index system of green shipping Liangzi Lake Scenic spot. First on shipping green development between ecological environment and symbiotic relationship research, pointed out that only the shipping industry and the tourism industry coordinated development, mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit, can make two industry towards a better direction.Then construct a relatively complete system of green development index of the shipping industry. Using the established index system, combined with the actual research and development plan of Liangzi Lake scenic green shipping.Finally, based on the current situation and existing problems of domestic green shipping industry, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to speed up the development of shipping industry in our country, mainly from the macro and micro aspects, including the establishment of a sound related regulations and scenic areas, to carry out the standard of scenic spots, to promote the standardization of tourism, and to enhance the awareness of the tourists themselves.Through the implementation of these measures to effectively promote the shipping industry to establish a green, environmentally friendly concept, to the healthy and stable direction of development. |
