The idea of "Internet plus" has far-reaching influence on the development of tourism in China.As the core element of tourism industry and the main component of tourism products,tourist attractions must make full use of Internet thinking and Internet technology,and promote their own rapid development through the integration of information technology and scenic service,scenic management and scenic marketing.Jingpo Lake scenic area is an important tourist destination of Mudanjiang City and Heilongjiang Province.Jingpo Lake scenic area has an important impact on regional economic development.It is of great significance for Jingpo Lake scenic spot to fully apply Internet technology to the construction of scenic spot.This paper takes the Lake Jingpo scenic area under the background of "Internet plus" as the research object.First,through literature research,the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on "Internet plus" scenic spots are reviewed.It is found that the existing research results are less concerned with the Lake Jingpo scenic area.The practice of Lake Jingpo scenic area lacks relevant theories as guidance,so the purpose and significance of the study are clarified.Next,through the official website information inquiry,on-site visit and other ways to understand the status of Jingpo Lake scenic spot application of the Internet,the scenic spot in the process of operation and management services has carried out the relevant work and achieved some results.By means of questionnaire and interview,some tourists,travel agency leaders,scenic area managers and managers are selected for investigation and interview,so as to objectively understand the cognition of tourists,travel agency leaders,scenic area managers and managers on the application of Internet in Jingpo Lake scenic area.Through the analysis of the investigation and interview results,relevant problems in Jingpo Lake scenic area are found in depth,including The network service function is not perfect,the marketing effect is not prominent,the management system is not perfect,and so on.The existence of these problems affects the tourists' satisfaction and revisit rate,and affects the operation and development of the scenic spot.Then,taking Zhangjiajie scenic area as the comparative research object,there are similar tourism resources from Zhangjiajie scenic spot and Lake Jingpo scenic spot,and Zhangjiajie Internet scenic spot has rich experience of Internet plus tourism.Zhangjiajie and Mudanjiang are second excellent national tourist city and two city.Based on the basis of Zhangjiajie scenic spot,this paper puts forward the experience of its rich network service carriers,diversified network marketing methods,intelligent network management means and effective measures during the epidemic.Finally,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of Jingpo Lake scenic spot,which includesthree aspects of scenic spot management,marketing and service,including the specific measures to improve the network service function of scenic spot,highlight the effect of scenic spot network marketing,and improve the network management system of scenic spot.
