DFFD company was founded in 2015,is engaged in wind power generation equipment research and development,manufacturing,sales,service as one of the state-owned enterprises.The industries in which state-owned enterprises are located often are not fully competitive,but the industry where the company is located is fully competitive,and the competition objects are mainly private enterprises with highly market-oriented operation.The company's incentive mechanism is subject to multiple supervision,and the salary level is lower than the market median for a long time.In this paper,DFFD company is taken as the research object and its performance management is studied to provide some references for the performance management research of state-owned manufacturing enterprises that fully participate in the market competition and whose competitors are mainly private enterprises.DFFD Company organized and implemented performance management at the beginning of its establishment.However,with the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,industrial transformation and upgrading,and upgrading of technology,the change of performance management obviously cannot match the demands of corporate management and development change.Therefore,this paper will analyze and diagnose the performance management of DFFD company's current operation,and develop a system optimization plan.The main body of the article arranges seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,and determines the research ideas and methods of the system.The second chapter mainly introduces the theory related to performance management,and also reviews the performance management,especially the performance management of state-owned enterprises.The third chapter firstly introduces the current situation of DFFD company,and then analyzes and summarizes the internal and external factors affecting the performance management of DFFD company.The fourth chapter makes a comprehensive diagnosis of DFFD company's performance management through questionnaire interview and data summary,sorts out the main problems in performance management,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter firstly determines the thoughts and principles of performance management optimization of DFFD company by benchmarking with competitors and analyzing the mode of performance excellence.Secondly,in view of the main problems of performance management,combining performance management related theory and practice of systematic optimization,conform to the development of the company performance management optimization scheme is put forward,mainly including the linkage,performance management and performance management and strategic sector collaboration,performance management and business process,performance management and strategic alliance,driving performance improvement,to improve performance fairness,etc.The six chapter clarifies the principles and basic guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimized performance management scheme of DFFD company,and gives Suggestions on how to effectively connect the optimized performance management implementation scheme with other business modules of human resources.The seventh chapter summarizes the whole paper and makes clear the prospect of the follow-up work.
