But alongwith the increase in electronic manufacturing industry competitors, labor costs increase,industry barriers, development encountered some problems. Among them, the laborproductivity is one of the important factors which restrict the development of the enterprise.Therefore, how to people-oriented, optimize the existing performance management system,increase the productivity of the enterprise staff, WS manufacturing company is an urgentneed to solve the actual problem.Take WS manufacturing company as an example, this paper uses the questionnaire surveymethod and so on, analyzing WS manufacturing company some problems in the currentperformance management system, such as enterprise strategy and performance is not close,not scientific assessment index, evaluation standard is not clear and practical difficulties. Onthis basis, this paper using the balanced scorecard as the main research methods, combinedwith the actual situation of enterprises, put forward the WS manufacturing company basedon the balanced scorecard performance management system solutions, including from thecompany, department and individual three levels to construct the performance evaluationindex system, the weights for each level of various performance indicators, emphasis onenterprise performance management system optimization of the whole process ofmanagement, put forward the optimization of the safeguard measures, effectively solve theenterprise performance management, the main existing problems, improve employeeperformance, break through the current WS manufacturing company in the development ofthe bottleneck, realize enterprise strategic transformation, to achieve the goals of sustainabledevelopment.Based on the balanced scorecard as the main research methods, combined with thequestionnaire survey, expert investigation method and so on, around the WS enterpriseperformance management system optimization study, theoretically has enriched theenterprise performance management research, also for the development and application ofthe balanced scorecard method have positive significance.
