| With the development of global economic integration and the dramatic change of medical market environment,competition intensifies in the medical industry.In order to cope with the fierce competition,medical enterprises must improve production efficiency and reduce wastage to increase unit capacity through equipment modification,which will improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Under these circumstances,the medical enterprises must quickly and accurately select the right supplier from the numerous equipment modification suppliers,and establish a long-term and stable strategic cooperative relationship with them to remain invincible in the competition.Therefore,it is very necessary and valuable to study the supplier selection of equipment modification projects.This paper studies the supplier selection for equipment modification project of BX Company.On the basis of the supplier evaluation criteria and selection methods,it analyzes the current situation of the equipment modification project of BX Company and the existing problems of supplier selection,and supplier selection model is redesigned with reference to the theory of strategic sourcing.In view of the situation and specific requirements of the project,this paper selects supplier evaluation criteria which meet characteristics of the equipment modification project to optimize the supplier selection for equipment modification project.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to calculate the weight of supplier evaluation factors of water adding between over pouch and inner bag project,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to select suppliers.The results show that the supplier selection model has played a significant effort on the implementation of the water adding between over pouch and inner bag project,which helps to realize the prospective target of the equipment modification project,and has guide and reference for the supplier management practice of other medical enterprises. |
