With the progress and development of The Times,the development environment of enterprises has become more and more complex.More and more enterprises cultivate and obtain the core competence and competitive advantage of organizations through human resource management.Now,the ultimate source of enterprise competition is talent competition.How to attract,retain and make good use of excellent talents is a problem that enterprises must pay attention to.As the most powerful tool for enterprise development and "recruiting,employing and retaining",the optimization and improvement of salary system is imperative.How to establish a set of scientific,reasonable and competitive compensation system through continuous feedback and modification,which is in line with the development of enterprises,is testing the managers of every enterprise.Modern compensation theory and method is applied in this article,through the questionnaire survey to study of the present status of enterprise,for analyzing problems existing in the current compensation system and combining modern compensation theory and using of scientific and reasonable way of post evaluation to improve and optimize the existing compensation system which is from the development of the enterprise,employees demand and post Settings and other aspects.Through adjusting the existing salary structure,setting up a reasonable grade and rank system,adding the position sequence of employees,setting up a dynamic and flexible way to improve the fairness and growth of salary,enriching the company's salary management mode to give full play to the role of salary management in promoting employee development and corporate performance.Therefore,In this article,Through analyzing of the current salary situation of the enterprise,into all aspects of the compensation system,to optimize and improve the salary system and constantly to look for the methods to solve the problem,not only the management plight of Lanzhou new district financial holding group has real practical significance,but also for other start-up of state-owned enterprises is of great significance.
