Abstract/Summary:
QA Automobile Trading Group Co., Ltd. is a large automobile trading company in Henan province. Due to the continuous development of QA in recent years, its compensation management system cannot meet the requirements of its operating scale and future development. Starting with optimizing QA’s existing compensation management system, I analyzed and studied its compensation system. Based on my research, I designed optimization schemes and concrete measures for implementation, and provided powerful guarantees for its sound and steady development and sustainable management.In this thesis, I recommended the following courses of action with respect to optimizing QA’s compensation management system. First, I studied the development of and measures for implementation of compensation management theories in China and abroad, especially the development trend of modern compensation theory. I made a specialized analysis of QA’s existing compensation management system, and identified its deficiencies. Second, I optimized and designed the compensation management system, re-organized it in accordance with the general principles of compensation design, and developed a new compensation scheme which can fully mobilize the initiative, creativity and enthusiasm of QA’s employees. At last, I recommended the security measures on the implementation of the new optimization scheme for QA. I focused on formulation of the assessment criteria for QA’s employees. I reconstructed the performance appraisal system, put emphasis on the fairness of salary levels for QA’s employees, and surveyed the factors influencing QA’s compensation levels.Since the automobile industry has currently entered into a new stage of development, the competition has increasingly intensified. It is important for a company to have stable, well qualified employees in order to establish its advantage in the competitive market environment, and to maintain its stable and sustained development. Therefore a company must establish a scientific and reasonable compensation incentive system to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of its employees in order to effectively improve its competitive power. In this thesis, the new compensation management scheme for QA, and the rationalized compensation incentive system form a solid foundation for promoting QA’s sound and stable development, and provide some reference points for optimization of the compensation management systems of other companies in the automobile industry.
