Research On Turks County Tourism Development From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

Object: Located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the Turks County,in the Te Zhao Basin,west of the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains,is a county directly under the Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.In recent years,Turks County has taken the development of global tourism and global green as the direction of tourism development.The speed and quality of the tourism industry have been continuously improved,and the county economy has achieved steady growth.It has been selected as the second batch of national comprehensive tourism demonstration zones announced in November 2016.Turks County Tourism has ushered in major historical development opportunities and challenges.Although the tourism industry in Turks County has a good momentum of development,it failed to be shortlisted in the acceptance inspection of the national national tourism demonstration zone in 2019.This shows that there is still a certain gap between the development of Turks County tourism and the requirements of the concept of global tourism,and there are still some problems that need to be resolved.Methods: Based on this opportunity,based on the current social background of mass tourism and "supply-side reforms",combined with the global tourism concept and related requirements,this paper uses field research methods,literature methods,and a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Research on the development of tourism in the county area was carried out with a view to promoting the overall tourism development of Turks County and the transformation and upgrading of the county economy.Content: The full text consists of eight chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,and research status at home and abroad from a macro level.The second chapter elaborates the concept of county economy,county tourism,global tourism,the relationship between county tourism and global tourism,and related theoretical basis.The third chapter is the key content.It classifies and evaluates the tourism resource deposits of Turks County in combination with the concept of global tourism,and conducts five aspects of Turks County Tourism from government-led,enterprise participation,residents support,tourist perception and economic contribution.Development status analysis.The fourth chapter analyzes the outstanding problems and reasons of the tourism development in Turks County based on the concept of tourism in the whole region and related requirements.Chapter V is a continuation and analysis of the necessity of the overall tourism development in Turks County from the overall perspective.It puts forward the development target positioning and development principles,and leads the subsequent tourism development work.Chapter 6 is the core content.Through the overall grasp of the tourism development of Turks County,in view of the problems found during the inspection,it proposes two development paths of "integrated industry" integrated development and "all-area" joint development and their specific implementation measures.Chapter VII: The support and guarantee system of Turks County Tourism Development from the perspective of global tourism,providing a guarantee foundation for the smooth progress of Turks County tourism development related work.Chapter VIII conclusions and prospects.Conclusion: The results show that Turks county has excellent and abundant natural,cultural and social tourism resources,and has the potential to develop whole-region tourism.The tourism resources cover 8main categories,26 subcategories,49 basic types,and a total of 120 representative resources.The development potential of region-wide tourism is great,the potential of leading industry is outstanding,the tourism resources are distinctive,diversified and reasonably distributed,the tourism products are gathered,the participation of government,enterprises and residents and the satisfaction of tourists are high,the tourism industry contributes a lot to the county's economic development,and the development of region-wide tourism is the general trend.Due to insufficient overall tourism development;Insufficient integration of tourism-related industries;Lack of overall planning for resource utilization;The weak penetration of the tourism management system has led to the problems in the development of whole-region tourism in Turks.The development structure of tourism products is unbalanced,the tourism industry elements are not sound,the utilization of tourism resources is not reasonable,and the implementation level is slightly insufficient.In order to solve the problems of tourism development in Turks county,promote the maximization of the utilization of tourism resources in Turks county,drive the upstream and downstream related industries,and promote the supply-side structural reform of tourism industry in Turks county,this paper proposes to carry out the county tourism development from two aspects: the integration of "whole industry" and the linkage of "whole field".By grasping resources,products,market,technology and policy factors,strengthen the industrial convergence,forming "around the tourism and cultural industry characteristics,agriculture around the tourism value,business around the tourism products,services" around the scale of tourism into the whole industrial integration development trend,the future should actively implement the "symbiosis" fusion,will travel into different industries,and form new formats,go the way of the development of "travel +",and lists the "travel + farming and animal husbandry,culture industry,industrial,health,environmental protection,sports,the Internet," such as fusion development way.Furthermore,it is proposed that the inter-county government linkage,tourism enterprises linkage and scenic spot resource linkage should complement each other to form synergy,avoid vicious competition,and realize the new situation of differentiated,characteristic and symbiotic whole-region tourism development.To facilitate the breakthrough and development of tourism development in Turks county and realize the harmony and unity of economic development and social civilization,it is necessary to improve the guarantee system from four aspects: tourism policies and regulations,tourism talents and marketing,tourism infrastructure and services,and tourism safety and supervision.This paper is of certain reference value for the development of regional tourism and tourism economy in Turks county.
