Research And Application Of Sustainable Value Stream Mapping Based On MFCA

In recent years,“peace,development and environment” has become the world's three major problems,and the global environmental problems are becoming increasingly urgent.Especially the haze has seriously affected people's life.With the environment deterioration,protection policies proposed by the government,and the risen of people's awareness of environmental protection,many countries are trying to find a collaborative development model of economic development and environmental protection.Sustainable operation come into being with this trend.In the theory of sustainable,companies should not only increase the economic benefit,but also the environmental and social benefit,reduce the impact on the environment,undertake the social responsibility to win the market competition.This article is from the perspective of sustainable operation and takes “lean and green” as a starting point.The enterprises achieve the targets of cost reduction,quality increase,production efficiency improvement and so on through lean production,the target of reducing the use of hazardous chemicals,waste disposal through environmental management.Besides,through the synergy of lean and green to embed environmental management when implementing lean production,and research the benefits of lean and green to enterprises.Based on the concept of lean and green,this article proposed Sustainable Value Stream Mapping based on MFCA,in which the economic metrics,environmental metrics and social metrics are integrated in the traditional Value Stream Mapping in order to achieve the evaluation of economic,environmental and social benefits.What' more,increase the sustainability by embedding environmental and social improvement when implementing Lean Production.Finally,take a daily production enterprises as a case study to test the application of Sustainable Value Stream Mapping,and analyze the economical,environmental and social benefits brought by the improvement.
