Along with the continuously deepen the restructuring of state-owned enterprises,the staff of state-owned enterprises,especially the grass-roots staff in restructuring to participate,to a large extent affected the transformation of the actual results,therefore,this article selects NCSZ grass-roots workers,for example,combining the existing relevant theory research status at home and abroad and the actual interview results,from the individual characteristics and the process of enterprise restructuring to provide protection of the rights and interests of the two dimensions,analysis influence employees to participate in the restructuring of the will of the main influence factors,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy according to the results of the empirical analysis.The author NCSZ grass-roots staff for the deep research and questionnaire survey,and the investigation questionnaire descriptive statistical analysis,found that affect the grassroots employees to participate in the "stock" restructuring of the will of the main obstacles is the unclear restructuring measures,worried about damage to the interests of the individual "and" the process of restructuring,enterprise interior existence more gossip,make for restructuring ",so the transparency in the restructuring process need information attaches great importance to the reform and open,at the same time for the relevant compensation in the process of restructuring,evaluation,promotion,and statistical analysis of the present situation and problems of the work environment rights and interests protection,The average score is between2-3,indicating that the degree of rights protection is relatively low;Then further to the enterprise in the process of restructuring of rights and interests safeguard relevant measurements for factor analysis,through statistical analysis to verify the validity of the questionnaire design,and combining with factor analysis,and further carried on the correlation analysis and regression analysis,regression analysis results show that the compensation,evaluation,promotion and the work environment factors have positive significant impact on the worker to participate in the "stock" restructuring intention;In addition,through the chi-square test,the influence of different personal characteristics such as gender,age,education level,monthly average income andmarital status on their participation in the "event to stock" restructuring was analyzed.The analysis results showed that employees of different gender,age and monthly average income had significant differences in their willingness to participate in the"event to stock" restructuring.Finally combining the empirical analysis result,proposed for different gender,age and average monthly income of workers provide personalized welfare safeguard,also attaches great importance to the ascension NCSZ for grass-roots workers in the process of restructuring the rights and interests of security,to establish a fair and effective compensation management mechanism,and create a good environment for the promotion,increase the staff's enterprise identity,pay attention to humanistic care,and constantly improve the internal training mechanism,promote the staff grow up together with enterprise.
