With the development of digital technology and distribution channels,popularization of shopping online,and the acceleration of the pace of life and work,the Internet has a strong effect on traditional catering enterprises.According to?Research report of Chinese Internet take-out market in 2015?of Enfodesk,Chinese Internet take-out market scale reached 45.78 billion yuan.It will keep the developing state,when there is a ring growth of 33.1%for the forth quarter,and the white collar market shared a proportion of 70%.Report of take-out O2O in 2016?of Iresearch,analyzed the data of quality dimension of consumers,has indicated that consumers have changed their catering sensitivity from price to quality--consumers are taking more factors into consideration,such as safety,rich taste,popularity of platform and so on.Through further research analysis,we found the key point of surge in takeout market is the psychological demands of fast,convenient,tasty food;as well as the increasingly tough to buy groceries with urban expansion.Therefore,'distribution of trimmed vegetables 'as a newly semi-finished catering enterprise has come into people,which has a simplify cooking,not only satisfy taste experience,also can promote family relations.Even though the 'distribution of trimmed vegetables 'is a hot project,why it's not so easy to capture the heart of Chinese consumers and bring considerable economic benefits?The author launched into applied research,by taking this question.The author would like to use 'service design' methodology:study from creating a wonderful users experiences,the author will discover 'design chances ' by making a systematic map of users experience with 'service contact points','users pain points'and 'users expectation'.At the same time,based on users experience the 'service blueprint ' could be redrew that will design a service system of 'distribution trimmed vegetables' with more humanization and intellectualized,and the 'eating' of white-collar would increased by convenience,health,safety,happiness and the sense of achievement.In previous study,defining the target users through methods of data analysis,questionnaire survey,and ethnography research.Then make interviews with user groups to model users experience,and analysis behaviors,moods,users painpoints and design chances,through users experience map.After screening and sorting of users demands,the service blueprint could be built by a transformation from demands to function,function to framework.Analyzing key factors of the whole service system:stakeholders,value proposition,service platform and so on,make a more clear design objective.In later design,after confirming the positioning and direction---'creating a healthy lifestyle and building happy family atmosphere',the author puts forward the brand appeal of 'homely food'.In hardware,the bags are convenient for cold chain distribution,as well as the hamper can be steamed directly.On the other hand,there is mobile client application,which based on data analysis to provide users with delicious and varied 'homely meals',and ensures the efficiency of distribution.Through the study of this paper,based on 'service design' methodology,the author look forward to realize research value:interactive model between 'distribution trimmed vegetables' products and users,combining form among products,and interactive mode between environment and users would nest with each other;meanwhile,structure a service ecosystem of breakthrough and sustainability.
