Study On Pilot Program Work System Of Occupational Injury Prevention

Nowadays,China economy has entered into high-speed development era,meanwhile,industrial accidents and occupational disease happens more and more frequent and serious.Work-related injury and disease influences people's life and enterprises' productivity and profitability,in turn,will affect the whole social welfare system.Although the updated version of “Work-related Injury Insurance Regulation” in 2011 mentioned occupational injury prevention,but how to develop occupational injury prevention and how to measure the progress is not detailed in these regulations and systems.To establish and perfect occupational injury prevention system plays very important role in protecting people's life,health,and property's safety,maintaining economic social sustainable stable development.The paper studies and analyses the practicality and effectiveness of site interaction and continuous improving occupational injury prevention training program from the view of occupational injury prevention pilot cities that actively explore how to develop occupational injury prevention system.The program is consisted of two parts: occupational injury evaluation and occupational injury prevention training,which should be combined cl osely.Firstly,writer decides to use work condition hazard evaluation method,that is,LEC,and experiential training theory,by comparing current safety evaluation theories,to develop occupational injury prevention program study.Then,taking random testing samples from 12000 employee and 100 enterprises to do research.During one year of practice,writer did analysis on large amount of data and come out with a highly admitted by enterprise,easy to be accepted by employee,low investment,effective and Nantong characteristic site interaction and sustainable improving occupational injury prevention training program.This program is practical and complies with the demand of current enterprises' development and social situation.And this project has been strongly supported by central governments concerned,especially,Human Resources and Social Security Department.
