Research On Occupational Injury Insurance In Hohhot

With the development of our country's economy and society and the improvement of workers' awareness of social security,Occupational injury insurance,which is related to the protection of workers' Occupational injury,has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.At present,China's Employment injury insurance system is not perfect enough,and with the increasing number of employees participating in Employment injury insurance,Employment injury insurance administrative agencies are also facing no small challenges.Taking Hohhot city as an example,through a large number of comparative analysis of basic data,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the Occupational injury insurance system in the emerging stage,explores solutions and puts forward specific suggestions,hoping to make a modest contribution to promote the development of China's Occupational injury insurance system and the reform of Occupational injury insurance administrative organs.Starting from the relatively backward work of prevention and rehabilitation of work-related injuries in Hohhot,this paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the system of prevention and rehabilitation of work-related injuries and building up institutions for prevention and rehabilitation of work-related injuries.Based on the analysis of the industries with low participation rate,some suggestions are put forward,such as lowering the admission threshold for Occupational injury insurance,introducing flexible policies for Occupational injury insurance,increasing the grade of floating rate for Occupational injury insurance,and introducing commercial insurance mode.Starting from the four links of Employment injury insurance collection,work-related injury identification,labor ability identification and treatment payment,the problems existing in each link are summarized step by step,and then the establishment of comprehensive service departments,the establishment of mediation mechanism and the acceleration of information construction are proposed.
