| With the development of industrialization, the industrial injury is increasing constantly. Industrial accidents and occupational diseases are threatenning labourers seriously, but some labourers lack of injure guarantee for various reasons. Once the injuries and deaths take place or the labourers catch occupational diseases , they often can't get enough economic compensation, falling into miserable condition. This text setting out from improving industrial injure security system, maintains that integrate social insurance with commercial insurance, set up the security mechanism where industrial injury insurance acts as the core, employer's liability insurance as complemented part, protecting labourers'interests better.This dissertation consists of four chapters.Chapter One studies industrial injury and industrial injury security mechanism.In this chapter, basic concepts are introduced such as industrial injury, industrial injury security mechanism. Industrial injury insurance and employer's liability insurance are also introduced as parts of industrial injury security mechanism.Chapter Two analyzes the present situation of industrial injury insurance and employer's liability insurance in our country. Certain achievements have made in industrial injury insurance of our country, but many weak points have still existed,which obviously is shown in the following aspects:the actual coverage of industrial injury insurance is limited, counter choices exist, industrial injury prevention lags, scientific tariff mechanism not yet forms, some rules hinder the enterprises to insure.
