Analysis Of Regional Economic Differences And Influencing Factors In Hebei Province

Reform and opening up have helped China's economy achieve sustained and stable rapid development,but there are still large differences in the economic level between regions,and the imbalance of economic development has become an objective and can not be ignored social and economic phenomenon.With the continuous improvement of the economic development level of Hebei province,the phenomenon of economic difference between different cities has gradually appeared and the difference has been expanding.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately measure the regional economic development differences in Hebei province,and need to further analyze the various factors affecting the economic differences,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the regional differences in Hebei province,so as to accelerate the economic development speed of less developed areas and promote the overall development of the economy and society.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the relevant statistical data of Hebei province,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the evolution process of regional economic development differences in Hebei province from two aspects of time and space and analyzes its influencing factors.Firstly,the paper uses the per capita GDP index to preliminarily expound the differences of Hebei regional economic development from the two aspects of absolute difference and relative difference.Secondly,on this basis,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the economic development level of 11 regions in Hebei province from 2005 to 2017,and the time evolution process of regional economic development differences is deeply analyzed.Then,exploratory spatial data analysis is used to analyze the evolution characteristics of the spatial distribution pattern of regional economic differences.Finally,the grey relational degree model is used to further analyze the influencing factors of regional development differences in Hebei,and the following conclusions are drawn:First,the overall level of economic development in various regions of Hebei province has been improved,but the absolute difference has become significantly larger.The relative difference fluctuated slightly from 2005 to 2017,but continued to increase on the whole,and the difference mainly comes from high level and medium level regions.The regional economic level of the province presents the geographical spatial distribution of high in south and low in north,the regional ranking of the central and southern regions has risen,and the development of lower and higher level regions has a strong momentum.Second,there is no significant spatial aggregation in the regional economic development of Hebei Province as a whole,but regions with similar levels of economic development have spatial agglomeration to a certain extent.In particular,if the regional economic levels are relatively low,this indicates that the development characteristics of the regions are similar.The pattern of LISA aggregation has changed greatly,in which the significant areas of the "HL" type have increased,but not significantly,and the number of the significant areas of the "LL" type increases first and then decreases,and the change is more obvious.Thirdly,the grey relational model is used to analyze and rank the influencing factors,and the results show that the level of capital input has the strongest influence on the regional economic differences in Hebei province,followed by the industrial structure,government financial expenditure,the degree of opening to the outside world,the level of industrialization and the level of technology,the degree of influence weakens in turn.
