The Evaluation And Correlation Analysis Of Land Use In The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

The article chose 16 indications and form the performance evaluation system of land utilization by 3 aspects,in order to analyze the general effect and development potential of land utilization in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.In 2007-2014,This kind of system uses advanced TOPSIS model to evaluate the performance level of land utilization and analyzes that how various factors effect the performance evaluation of land utilization and takes main point.It is indicated that the Autonomous Region has turned into industrialization area and general performance of land utilization rising in 2007-2014.In 2007-2010,the phenomenon has gone down for traditional land policy has not kept balance with social development.In 2010-2014,the indication has markedly increased.The change of performance of land utilization prove the main points in "The Eleventh Five-year plan" and "The Twelfth Five-year plan" and indicate the land utilization policies in each phase have been carried efficient.The land utilization,social effect and ecological security play more and more significant key on land quality,and per-capita quantity of the land resources,which caused by industrial development will mainly indicates the social effect of land utilization.And meanwhile ecological land utilization will become crucial point for ecological security performance of land utilization.
